The appartment was lovely, it was just as it was shown on the pictures. It was very spaciouss. The walking distance to the city centre was a bit further than I thought it would be. It is about a 20 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay at this appartment very much. There are two little things that could be changed in our opinion. At the first place, there is no extra set of towels. You can wash them, but when you are leaving for the day there is no possibility to let them dry before you use them again in het evening. Another little remark is that the dvd player was not fully working. Again the appartment is lovely and we enjoyed our stay in Valencia.

Take the E-901/A-3 to Valencia. Continue along the avenida del Cid and then turn left into avenida de Totana. Then turn right into calle de Cartagena. The apartment is on calle Literato Gabriel Miró.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Late arrivals between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m. have an extra charge of €30,00; and arrivals after 1 a.m. have an extra charge of €50,00.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the apartment not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Towels and bedlinen are included in the price.
Use el electricity, gas, and water is included in the price.
Final cleaning service is also included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
After making the reservation through Venere.com, your booking is still NOT confirmed. In order to confirm a booking, the payment of a 15% deposit (minimum 50€) of the total amount is required. EmberHousing will contact you by email and ask you to pay the deposit through PayPal. Then we will send you an email confirming the reservation. In case of a booking cancellation or modification 30 or less days prior to check-in the deposit will not be not reimbursed.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
