Self Catering Apartment Policies

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: after 17.00 on the day of arrival
Check-out: Before 10.00 the day of departure


INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Bills: (water, electricity, gas) : are included in the price.
Final cleaning to be paid on the spot : € 43,00 type B-B1; € 55,00 type C-C1; €60,00 type C2-D; € 65,00 type D1.
Bed linen and towels: € 10,00 for a person for a change.

Services by request, to ask upon booking, paid on the spot :
• Cot : € 20,00 for week.
• Additional bed : period A+B: € 25,00 / week; period C+D+E+ J: € 35,00 / week; period F: € 40,00 /
week; period G+H+I: € 50,00 / week.
• TV : € 20,00 / week or € 30,00 / 2 weeks, with apartments “Plus” – included in the price
• Washing machine : € 35,00 / week or € 60,00 / 2 weeks

Deposit : € 100 cash ( returned after verification of apartment )
Beginning/End of stay : Saturday-Tuesday : 5 o’clock p.m. (check-in)/ Saturday-Tuesday : 10 o’clock a.m. (check-out)
Period A : beginning and end of stay any day of week
Opening hours for reception: 9,00-13,00 and 15,00-19,30. For arrival beside hours of reception, please inform us.
Pets : small pets are allowed, by an obligatory payment for extra cleaning (€ 25,00 type B-B1; € 35,00 type C-C1; € 40,00 type C2-D; € 50,00 type D1). Remember that dogs are not allowed on Sardinian beaches.
Transfer : from Olbia or Alghero to Isola Rossa for 1-4 persons € 120,00, for 5-8 persons € 164,00; from Porto Torres to Isola Rossa for 1-4 persons € 120,00, for 5-8 persons € 164,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of changes after the cancellation deadline, the customer must pay the full amount of reservation. Final cleaning to be paid locally
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
