The Red Group Väike-Karja 9 is modern apartment in Tallinn Old Town, one of the most well-preserved examples of a medieval trading city in northern Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The apartment building is situated on the edge of the Lower Town area which is crowded with great sights, such as the Town Hall Square (Raekoja plats), defensive towers and old town walls. You can also walk over to Toompea, the other part of the historic centre and see Toompea Castle and Aleksander Nevski Cathedral.
If you are looking for an apartment to rent in Tallinn with great views over Tallinn Old Town, then the Red Group Väike-Karja 9 Apartment fits the bill. Even though you are staying in a self-catering apartment, the Red Group's staff will take great care of you. Be sure to let them know what time you are arriving at Tallinn Airport, as there will be someone to meet you at arrivals and take you directly to the apartment, show you around and hand over the keys.

It is fully furnished, clean, airy and spacious, measuring around 84 sq. m./904 sq. ft. The bedrooms have a double bed and a twin and it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons.
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a comfy living room and kitchen fitted with an electric stove and oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine with a tumble drier, and the full set of kitchenware and kitchen utensils.

Gary, My view.................. When we were hosted into the foyer and stairway area of the apartment block, I was very disappointed with the standard, but when we arrived at the apartment door and shown around the apartment, it was to say the least excellent. The accommodation was clean, airy, gave good views over both sides of Tallinn (both towards the old square and to the harbour area). The standard of the facilities contained within the whole apartment was probably the best I have ever experienced. Thanks must also go to Red Group for the manner in which they looked after us during our stay. A wonderful experience of Tallinn was only made better by where we stayed. I/we may well be back ! Thanks again,

The apartment was very nice, with very nice surroundings. But there were some cleaning problem. The cooker was not clean insside, there was some burned rests of pizza, almost impossible to get rid of. For this reason we did not use the cooker. The dishwasher was full with used and dirty sets, glasses a.s.w We did not find liquid for the dishwasher.

Self Catering Apartment Policies
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available at anytime although check-in times have to be arranged in advance.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than noon (late check-outs are available if no other guests are due).
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Airport pick-ups are included in the price.
Weekly cleaning and a change of bed linen/towels once a week is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation can be cancelled without any charges latest
15 days before the arrival day. In case of later
cancellation RED Group has the right to charge you 40% of
the total amount of the reservation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
