The House is situated 250 m eastern from The Diocletian Palace, 300 m from bus station/Ferry harbor and 5 min from city plaza.
In the house there are four rooms with private bathroom, Internet access Point, full equipped kitchen, kitchen block (sink, stove and fridge) in he first floor lounge.
The house is situated in quite walking zone and 300 m from one of nightlife centers.
Everything inportant in the city is reachable within walking distance.
I's very good place, as good for nightlife as for World Championship in Handball in January '2009.
At neighborhood (100m from the House), there's two stand alone apartments (3 bed and 4 beds aptms)each one with kitchen, air-condition, CaTV, and larger one has a big terrace...

The owner, Petar is very friendly and helpful. If he's not there, just give him a phone call! The internet access is free and unlimited.

It was a good hotel and the owner was really nice. Very close to the center (Riva, Diolectian Palace) and the beach Bacvice. The only bad thing was the noise that came up to the rooms from the bar that was opposite to the hotel.

Very nice apartment, esssential but clean. The family give us a great welc oming helping us to know about Split and other turistic attractions. I would advice this accomodation for everybody: families, couples and friends.

Difficult ot find. Owner found us wandering the alleys around the location. Peter is very helpful. Bath and kitchen are very small but serviceable. Very convenient to major sites

We requested a quiet room because we were travelling with our 2 month old child. The owner was very accomodating and gave us a room on with no window to the street level, which is very noisy at night due to the bar across the street. The apartments are a very short walk to the port and Diocletian's Palace. For the price and location, you can't beat it. Must be willing to share the common kitchen area downstairs with other residents, but everyone was friendly and accomodating.

By car
At eastern entrance of the city follow sign of Ferry Harbor through Poljicka street and follow straight Zvonimirova street till number 31. On right side is Kuzmaniceva street and The House is 20 m farther (number 8).
By train
From Railway station, go to nearby The Diocletian Palace and turn on right, You are entering in Kralja Zvonimira street, go on to number 31 and turn on left (totally 300 m).
By airplane
From Airport bus station in the city you have about 200 m through Kralja Zvonimira street to the number of 31 and turn on left.
You are in Kuzmaniceva street.

At about 100 meters there's a public parking, but usually you can park your car in the street. Bus station of public transportation is about 80 m from the House, Railway station and Ferry are about 300 m away, The airport bus station about 200 meters.
