Walking easily among its lanes, you’ll be able to admire the Greek temples, the sea with its spectacular sunsets defined by Goethe the most beautiful in the world, the little courts unexpectedly covered with greenery, the Spanish-style baroque of the balconies, the serious façades of the 19th century.
Perfectly integrated in the suggestive geographical disposition, the apartments are situated in an historical building of the 19th century, recently renovated and restored to its charming beauty, located a few steps from the seaside and the “solarium” Maniace, near the Cathedral, that forms, with its splendid square, a continuous centre of attraction for meetings, shows and concerts, both in the neighbourhood of the mythical Aretusa fountain, monument symbol of the town, and near the Maniace castle, an excellent “container” of cultural events. Besides, it is surrounded by other architectonical masterpieces, and also by fifteen paleochristian, Norman and Baroque churches. Characteristic restaurants, bars, confectioneries surround the building, so the guest has so much to choose from.
IMPORTANT: The apartments in our building have the same main features. All equipped with garden or terrace or balcony with sea view. All of them, except the one with the garden, have a loft and they are finely furnished . In our apartments, old and modern are blended in a mix of elegance and comfort. Finally all of them have the same architectural features such as wooden beams, arches carved into the stone age, wells and stairs in wrought iron to the loft.
We inform that the allocation of the apartment will be chosen by the management according to the availability of that time, ensuring high quality standards to our guests , in full compliance with the standards mentioned above.

suite The apartments are located in an historical building of the 19th century, recently renovated and restored to its charming beauty, a few steps from the seaside and the “solarium” Maniace, near the Cathedral, both in the neighbourhood of the mythical Aretusa fountain, monument symbol of the town, and near the Maniace castle, an excellent “container” of cultural events. it is surrounded by other architectonical masterpieces, and also by fifteen paleochristian, Norman and Baroque churches.

The building is equipped with a wide and modern glass elevator for the three floors. An antique marble staircase joins the different floors. All the apartments are furnished in a very tasteful way and with facilities such as: cooking place, refrigerator, heating system and air-conditioning, national and terrestrial digital TV, radio with CD player, flat-iron and ironing-board. Table-cloth and dishes are very well selected. Bathrooms supplied with hot water, shower and hair-dryer. Set of fine linen and towels. Common room supplied with washing-machine and clothes-lines to hang laundry.
