Hôtel situé en plein cœur du centre historique de Séville. Superbe appartement avec toutes les commodités incluent. La seule remarque est l'absence de climatisation dans le salon et une climatisation trop faible dans la chambre. Par contre la terrasse est en fait un solarium commun situé sur le toit.

Bel endroit, romantique, dans le plus beau quartier de Séville. Il manque un peu de vaisselle (un peu juste) mais c'est un merveilleux souvenir dans l'ensemble, l'accueil parfait...

Nice apartment in central tourist area, near most of the main sights. Quite expensive, but nonetheless probably better value than many hotels in same area. (Seville is an expensive city) Apartment was quite spacious and comfortable, and generally well equipped (e.g. washing machine), though lacking in some simple basics - e.g. not enough cutlery or pans. Would recommend overall. PS - because its an apartment, not a hotel, some of the above questions - e.g. quality of service - are not relevant. I've given these an average 5, because the system wouldn't let me leave them blank

The original room offered was not the one in the pictures. There was no roof area, the bathroom was dirty (to the point I almost cried), and the beds were not comfortable at all. However, after a long argument with the manager (who happened to be very nice and accommodating, he offered us wine while listening to our poor spanish), they gave us a much bigger 2 bedroom apt located on Susona St. That apartment was huge, has a patio and a roof areas. We sat looking over the entire city of seville at night. Excellent location, right around the Alcazar. They own a few apartments in the same area, but request Susona #8, 5th floor if you can.

The location in the middle of the old town is excellent, the rooms are nice but the beds are not meant for northern european men (I'm 1.80 mtr, a rather average size, and the bed was about 15 cm. too small). Don't go to the restaurant belonging to the appartements. It's expensive, pretentious and the food is hardly mediocre. Sevilla has much better restaurants where you're treated much better (not as just one of many tourists).

The appartment is located in the very center of the old city of Seville (Santa Cruz). You can not reech the appartment with a car so you have to park the car in a parking place that is about 15 minutes walk from the appartment and you have to carry your lugage with you. The appartment it self is very nice but a little bit noisy because of the restorant that is located out side and all the turist grups that stand out side the window. Most of the important places of Seville are very close and you can reech them by foot.

very impressed with accomadation so much better than i expected. you really couldn't be in a better location to view sevilles tourist destinations. it is almost next door to the cathedral. room was also fantastic really big, clean and modern. only problem is that there was only twin beds, made snuggling with the mrs a bit harder.

We booked an apartment which was very dark and lighting not good so not inviting to hang around in. Kitchen small but adequate but not well stocked eg just one fork. Toilet paper run out with no replacement on one day. There was an unpleasant smell from the toilet seemd a sewerage problem. A lovely location but apartment ok but were slightly disappointed.

Todo estuvo excelente, a excepción de que la línea telefónica del apartamento no funcionó durante mi estadía. Olvidé un par de zapatos, y al día siguiente llamé al lugar para que un amigo mío pasara a por ellos, pero no pudieron darme razón. Algo raro.

Siamo stati tre giorni, e dobbiamo dire che la posizione è veramente fantastica, in pieno centro. L'appartamento è molto confortevole, e rispecchia quello descritto sul sito. L'unica notra negativa, è che il giorno della partenza, al ceck out non c'era nessuno a cui consegnare le chiavi. Per nostra fortuna non avevamo nulla da "dichiarare", altrimenti saremmo stati in difficolta (erano le 10 di mattina). Abbiamo lasciato le chiave nell'appartamento. Comunque nel complesso , se dovete andare a Siviglia, ve lo consiglio vivamente.

This property was in a good area of Seville near bars and restaurants and close to major sites. Luckily it had air-conditioning as the temperature in Seville reached the mid 40's during our stay. The rooms were quite dark, mostly due to the purple paint colour (white would be better!) but were quiet and spacious. The bathroom was very new and clean. Overall a great place to stay but the need for an aprtment is questionable.

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Seville. The location was awesome. As with any apartment, checking in and out is a little more complicated than a hotel (no normal hours, etc., so it is better to have contacted them to set up a time before arrival). The only thing I was not so impressed with was the restaurant's food.

Santa Cruz Apartments-House is a recommandable Hotel/Apartment-House: clean, very quiet, good services, in the middle of Santa Cruz. Only a view minutes to the important sights of Sevilla.

A very nice appartment in the historical center of Sevilla. We stayed there in march and it was very quiet because there are no cars in this area. We hope to come back soon!

Overall, the hotel was excellent value for money. Very comfortable and very affordable. The only major problem was that althought the check-in time was indicated as noon, we had no idea that there would be no reception at all until 11am, (that is, the entire hotel was closed). We had to wait on the plaza outside til 11am with our full luggage until staff of the hotel eventually arrived at 11am. We then left our luggage with them which they left at the front lobby (no store room) and we had to go back in the afternnon to check in our luggage.
