WE WERE THERE FOR A WEEK WITH A CHARMING OWNER WHO MADE ALL EFFORTS TO HELP US SIHGHTSEE THE SURROUNDINGS. THE APPARTMENT WAS SPACIOUS,CLEAN, AND THOROUGHLY EQUIPPED. THE WELLNESS CENTER IS 5 MINUTES AWAY BY CAR BUT IMMACULATELY EQUIPPED. WE RESERVED THE APPART. THROUGH VENERE WEBSITE WHICH INDIDCATED "INCLUDING BREAKFAST" BUT THE OWNER CORRECTED IT UPON CONFIRMATION. NO BREAKFAST IS SERVED, THEREFORE NO SURPRISE.
How to reach Apartment Landhaus Charlotte
By car
From Innsbruck, follow signs to Zirl and then Seefeld (via Garmisch). Exit at 'Seefeld Nord', cross the railway and then take Geigenbühelstrasse, the first street on the right.
From Switzerland, follow signs to Telfs and Seefeld, pass the village of Moesern. Proceed straight on for another five kilometres and then take the Olympiastrasse on the right. Reach the Central Hotel, then turn left until the pharmacy. Reach Geigenühelstrasse and go on top of the hill.
By train
You can come by train to Seefeld. The train station is only 10 min walking distance.
By airplane
From Innsbruck airport: 25 km.
From Munich airport: 2 hours by car.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
Check-in: the accommodations are available from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Linen and towels are included in the price.
Final cleaning is not included and costs €25,00-€60,00 depending on the apartment size. (also for short stays!)
Tourist tax is not included and costs €1,20 per person a day.
Access to the wellness area and to the pool at the nearby Charlotte Hotel are free.
Pets accommodation is not included and costs €8,00 - €11,00 per night. Breakfast is NOT included in the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you book then you must pay a deposit of euro 250,--
in advance on our account.
In case of a cancellation from 29 to 20 days prior to the
arrival, the deposit will stay with us.
In case of a cancellation done less than 20 prior to the
arrival or in case of no show, 80% of the stay will be
charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
