Apartments offers several accommodations enjoying a magnificent position, almost all in the Sauze d'Oulx area. Guests can choose to spend their holiday in a quiet and peaceful location or right in the centre of the ski resort, next to the ski lifts.

Every apartment is perfectly equipped according to the number of beds needed. The log cabin for example is made of stone and wood, has a fireplace and offers an exceptional view on the valley and is perfect as a family retreat.

Sauze d'Oulx itself is a lively resort with a good selection of bars and restaurants. It is advisable to have a car is suggested with some of these apartments for a truly independent break in this beautiful region.

Minimum stay is 7 days with arrivals and departures on Sundays; on request, if possible, also on Saturdays.

This was an excellent apartment that was fine and roomy for 8 people. It was close to the town centre and the bus to the slopes stopped outside. The apartment is at the very top of the building so the views are perfect. There was also a ski deposit in the basement.

The apartment was excellent, clean, quiet and very cosy and homely and right in the town centre which was good for shops and bars but an uphill walk to the lifts of 10mins. The apt was in the Saturno complex and we were very happy with the accommodation, good value for money, however we were not given the name or location of the apt before we arrived despite requesting email info from ABC so we just had to hope for the best but were very pleased when we arrived and would recommend the accommodation.

How to reach A.B.C. Apartment

By car
The ABC Gestioni office is easily reachable from the highway A32. Exit at Oulx and follow the indications to Sauze D'Oulx .

By train
The Oulx railway station is about 5 km from the office.

By airplane
The Torino airport is about 95 km from the office.

Self Catering Apartment Policies

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: check-in is possible from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the ABC Gestioni office, situated in Piazza Assietta 7, right in the centre of Sauze d'Oulx.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of electricity, water, gas and final cleaning costs as follows;
1 room apartments for 2 persons: €110,00.
2 room apartments for 2 persons: €110,00.
2 room apartments for 4 persons: €110,00.
2 rooms apartments for 5 persons: €110,00.
3 rooms apartments for 6 persons: €150,00.
4 rooms apartment, for 8 persons: €180,00.
Log cabins for 6 persons: €330,00.
This amount is to be payed on arrival.
A complete supply of bed linen and bath towels costs €15,00 per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At the reservation a deposit payment of 30% of the tot. reservation amount will be charged and not returned in case of cancellation from your credit card. For a no show or late cancellation (7 das before your arrival date) the 100% of your reservation will be charged on your credit card. Deposito alla prenotazione 30%. Per cancellazioni effettuate da 7 gg. prima la data d'arrivo l'importo dell'intero soggiorno sarà prelevato dalla sua carta di credito.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
