The kitchen had an odd assortment of broken and one-off utensils. We were requested not to use the master shower. Coffee maker did not work. Could not get washer machine to spin dry. Was shown how to reset main fuse, which was good since we had to do that twice. Cash payment was requested.

really enjoyed our stay. Marizio was very very helpful and accomodating. Would definitely recommend for families. Luggage up to third floor was helped by lift from second floor to third.

The kitchen needed cleaning. The bathroom had slimy mildew on the walls and shower curtain. The airconditioning did not function. Pilot light on water heater went off several times.

Some things in kitchen could have been cleaner but otherwise it was a great place, cute neighborhood and nice building close to major attractions and metro. Owner is very helpful and welcoming.

Maurizio Paulino, the owner, is beyond gracious and helpful. He waited for us to come in at 1:00 AM after our flight was delayed, showed us around, suggested restaurants and sites - even in Florence our next stop. The restaurant next door is very good and welcoming after long days in the city. We were in Rome to run in the marathon and this location was perfect! It was only a five minute walk to the Coloseum - the start and finish of the race!

Excellent apartment, quite location, close to both the colloseum and forum. Less than 3 mins walk to a metro stop which was ideal for visiting other parts of Rome, such as The Vatican.Accommodation great for a family . We were 4 adults( one 79yrs old )and found it perfect.Maurizio was a great host and put himself out even though we arrived very late. I would recommend it to anyone and already have. We will be back.

The location could not have been more convenient. It was as close to the Duomo as you could get. The staff were very helpful. However, we were there for New Year's eve and it was quite noisy.

Excellent location with all facilities nearby. Close to the Colleseum and within easy walking distance of other tourist locations. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment suitable for a family group. Metro close by and local supermarkets easily accessible. Travel agent also handy for booking train travel in Italy.

We had a wonderful time in Rome because this apartment was so close to everything we wanted to see, it was well appointed and very clean. We walked everywhere and appreciated the apartment's quiet location at night. Maurizio was waiting for us upon arrival, was most helpful and was also prepared to be flexible about our departure time. This was the most expensive apartment that we stayed in during our time in Italy but it was well worth the cost.

The Forum Apartment was a very comfortable, well equiped apartment which we enjoyed very much. The air conditioner was a big "plus" for a summer visit to Rome. The owner is a very gracious host who greeted us personally and gave us a wonderful "map" tour of Rome.

Great location that is conveniently situated near all interesting sites, right in the heart of ancient Rome. Wonderful spacious (and quiet) apartment and welcoming, knowledgeable host. It leaves us great memories. The price is well worth it for a family group like us.
