Great apartment. We stayed here with two kids and enjoyed the apartment and the area. The Tram line was close as well as the bus line. The local grocery store is about a block away so we often stopped there to pick up our dinner on the way back from seeing the sights. Victoria was very helpful - and especially helped out of a jam during the taxi strike! It was nice to live as the Italians live away from the hustle & bustle of the downtown hotels!

Very good location. Not in the historic centre, but easy to catch the line 8 tram into the centre. Close to supermarekts, restauratns etc.. Apartment is a good size, reasonably modern and very clean. The owner, Victoria was very welcoming and helpful. Only downsides were that the ned was hard and the shower was awkward, but other than that, great value for money.

This is an excellent place to enjoy Rome beyond the tourist-y areas. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood outside the center, but within easy walking distance of bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you would need. Being first-time travellers to Europe, we found Victoria to be very helpful throughout the week with questions we didn't think to ask at first. Overall, a wonderful experience for our family of 5.

While this apartment is, for Rome, well-sized and does include the advertised amenities (plus a slightly tempermental washing machine, which was not mentioned but a nice addition), I would not rate it a 4-star accomodation. It is pleasant enough, to be sure, but 3 stars is the maximum I'd grant it. The apartment is in an ugly building in a very average neighborhood. I always felt safe, but there is little to recommend the immediate surroundings. This is not the Rome of guidebooks. However, the close-by #8 tram line makes that Rome very accessible. We never had to wait a significant amount of time for the tram, which goes until 3:00 and runs straight through Trastevere and into the heart of the city in less than 20 minutes. Getting around never caused heartache. Also handy was the large market than runs each morning a couple of blocks away (Gianicolense and Via Federico), with lots of good, cheap produce and other food. Our biggest issue was noise. Our circumstance was a bit extraordinary: the apartment directly above was being remodeled, with constant banging commencing before 8:00 and moving of furniture continuing until near midnight. However, even aside from that, the building was made from something approximating papier maché, allowing us to hear the slamming of every door in the stairwell, et cetera. Combine that with the school or daycare nearby (yelling children at about 8:00), and the result is a rather noisy home. Due to the noise, we would not stay here again. Victoria was friendly and helpful, and apologetic about the remodeling. Overall, the value for money feels a bit low, though accomodation prices in Rome seem generally ridiculous to me so it might be as good of a deal as you're likely to find.

Vittoria and her daugher Silvia were truly wonderful - friendly, kind, accomodating etc. We just loved staying here. I would definitely stay here again when we are next in Rome.

A nice place to stay at, especially when you are fed up with the noice of Rome. It was so easy to take the tram to Place Argentina in the centre of the city or the bus to St. Peter. The laundrymachine didn´t work, but was meant to be repaired. We won´t hesitate to recommend this apartment to our friends.

The apartment is in a residential neighborhood, very near to one of many tram lines, which made it very easy to get into historic Rome in about 10 minutes. Victoria is a wonderful woman who did anything and everything to make sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment itself is wonderful! The kitchen is nicely equipped and stocked with cooking utensils. I plan on using this apartment in the future and have recommended it to several friends.
