A very convenient apartment, although the person who let us in had no idea where the control for the AC was (it was on the wall right above the unit). The sofa bed was simply awful. Other than that, the kitchen was well equipped and the facilities were quite good for such an old building. The location was simply perfect though!

Perfect location (bus line 64)! Supermarket in the street very convenient. Everything was perfect except maybe the cleanliness of the rooms that could be improved...

This is a wonderful location for walkers and anyone who wants to be near everything that's worth going to in Rome. The accomodations were very nice, simple, and worth the price. Sleeps 4 easily, but we were only two. There is a washer for those who need to wash their goods, but no dryer, so keep that in mind when doing laundry! Drip dry can take a while! You are near transportation, restaurants, a taxi stand, internet cafes and only a quick ten minute walk to St. Peter's. The location can't be BEAT! We only got one roll of toilet paper for our week long stay, so be aware that you'll need to BYOTP. The staff was very accommodating, so if you need anything don't hesitate to contact them. Via Giulia is a wonderful location, and I recommend any first time visitors to stay in the area.

The best feature of this apartment was the location. We walked everywhere. The Vatican is about 10 minutes one way and the Pantheon same distance another direction and so on with the main sites. There is also a bus stop one minute away so if walking is a problem you can use public transport very easily. There is a small grocery store one minute away which was very convenient and a number of restaurants in the Campo Fiori and Piazza Navona area. The apartment itself is quite compact but it has all the facilities needed including cable TV,washing machine,a bath and a bidet!In terms of the bedding our bed was quite comfortable. Our daughter slept above us in the loft area. She was OK but you need to know that the ceiling is quite close to the beds.We ordered a taxi from the airport through the agency to the apartment and that was a help.If we went to Rome again we would definately use the apartment again.

How to reach Apartment Rome Holidays - Via del Pavone

By car
From any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, reachable by all highways, follow the indications to Roma centro. It is forbidden to enter the area where the apartment is located by car, so guests are advised to park their car close to the Termini railway station and reach the hotel by bus number 64 or along the Lungotevere and reach the hotel on foot.

By train
From the Roma Termini railway station, take bus line 64 in the direction of Stazione S. Pietro and get off around 12 stops later at C.so Vittorio Emanuele-Tassoni, around 100 metres from the property.

By airplane
The Fiumicino airport is about 30 km from the city centre and is well connected by highway and express train service.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. If necessary you may ask the apartment's owner for an earlier check-in or to hold your luggage (depending on storage room availability).
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The room rate includes utilities, initial and final cleaning, supply of bed/bathroom linen. The following services are available, subject to a one-time fee:
cots (upon availability): free of charge;
early/late check-in (from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.): €20,00;
extra change of bed linen and towels up to 5 persons: €30,00;

If you cancel the reservation after the period indicated in the "cancellation policy", you will be charged of 30% of total amount.
