How to reach Apartment R/181 Farnesi

By car
From any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring-road, reachable by all highways, following the indications to Roma centro. It is forbidden to enter the area where the property is located by car, so guests can park their car along the Lungotevere and reach the property by taxi or one of the several bus lines available. For example, bus number 64 going from Termini to St. Peter's, and get off on Corso Vittorio Emanule, at the stop in front of Palazzo Massimo.

By train
From Termini railway station, take bus number 64 and get off on Corso Vittorio Emanule, at the stop in front of Palazzo Massimo.

By airplane
The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Termini station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from the Anagnina underground station (line A). The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: an appointment must be made unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival.
For early morning arrivals, clients are advised to book the night before to guarantee the access to their apartment before 2 p.m. on the arrival day. For arrivals due outside of our normal business hours (9.30 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday), please be aware our pick-up transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided when our office is closed. Alternatively, a fee of €50,00 is requested to check-in.
Check-out: must be made not later than 11.30 a.m. on departure day, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. If done on holidays or outside normal business hours our drop-off service is necessary. Alternatively, a fee of €25,00 will be charged upon check-out.
However, we always try to be very flexible about check-in & check-out time, so please be so kind to contact us if you need early check-in or late check-out, we will be happy to help you according to our availabilities.
The full amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card upon arrival of the reservation in order to confirm your booking.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Round trip shuttle service to Fiumicino or Ciampino airport is not included. Price is available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
After reservation, deposit of 35% of the total amount that will be not refunded in any case. Loss of deposit if cancellation is more than 4 weeks before the day of the arrival. If cancellation is less than 4 weeks before arrival, then the full amount is requested to be paid, and only refunded (unless the part payment/deposit of 35%) if a “re-sale” is possible.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
