For those who like to go out until the early morning without having to come back home by taxi, bus, or by foot (if you miss the last bus!), this is the perfect area as the pubs and night clubs are close by. For the quiet ones, you can enjoy the cinemas, theatres and street cafés. There is also an extensive choice of restaurants all around the area. Its size reaches 120 square meters and is at ground floor level in a prestigious and beautiful ancient building.

In its proximity you will find the pleasure of walking along the beautiful Roman ruins and admire the architecture dating from the 15th century onwards. Thanks to its location, it is easy to travel from one part of the city to the other as public buses connect to most areas. For daytime leisure there are excellent open-air markets, boutiques and craft shops as well as open spaces such as the Castel S. Angelo or the Pincio.

The apartment is composed of one spacious living room, a kitchen, 2 loft double bedrooms, a bathroom, a TV, an autonomous heating system, a fax machine and a telephone. It is fully furnished and equipped. Its particularity is its beautiful decoration with its wooden floor, arch entries and its antique style making you feel the era of a time. Its ceiling is beautifully painted reminding one of frescos.

Nous avons apprécié la situation du logement et son calme dans un quartier très animé et agréable. Nous n'avons pas apprécié la présence des toilettes dans la salle de bains. la description de l'appartement de mentionnait pas ce détail. Nous aurions trouvé plus simple un accueil sur place à notre arrivée. L'accueil à l'agence était parfait. Nous vous en remercions Meilleures salutations

The location of the property was fabulous - right in the heart of Rome. The bathroom and kitchen we thought were poor. The shower had no shower mat and my parents are eldery and could have slipped on the wet floor and in the shower within the bath. There was no toilet paper in the toilet and at 11pm on a Sunday night it was inconvenient to go and buy any. A Welcome pack of milk, tea/cofee and biscuits would have been nice. the beds were also very uncomfortable - a bit toohard for me. The kitchen was a bit small.

The apartment is extremely spacious, the management company is very helpful and the location is fantastic. The apartment can be noisy because it is in the middle of a very active area. The only complaints we had were that the beds were very hard and the shower door was broken when we arrived and never was fixed during our 9 day stay. We would certainly stay in this apartment again.

The apartment was even bigger than we expected, and we liked the neighbourhood very much -- lively without being too noisy, and very charming. The security of having a doorman on duty was nice. We also appreciated the help given to us by the management with theatre tickets which had gone astray. Our only suggestion for improvement is that it would be nice if toilet paper were provided at least for the first part of the stay so that it would not be necessary to seek out local shops immediately upon arrival. Fortunately, there is a small neighbourhood store only a few blocks away with food and other supplies. Also, the price for transport to and from the train station should not be the same as for going all the way to the airport. Otherwise, we were perfectly content with the accommodation and can highly recommend it.

This property was well located, providing easy access to all the main tourist areas. The courtyard entrance to the building is beautiful and the layout of the property good for a small group or a family. If you arrive in the evening ensure you make proper arrangement with the local agent because we had to wait for almost an hour for someone to appear with a key to the building. Otherwise, it was a fun stay and comfortable accommodation.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

The full amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card upon arrival of the reservation in order to confirm your booking.

Reservation Policy:
World Real Estate Srl will charge only once the reservation is confirmed the 30% of the Total Amount of the reservation on your Credit-Card (we welcome American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Int, CartaSi, Eurocard). Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows: up to 6 weeks from arrival 15% of the total amount between 6 weeks and 4 weeks before the arrival 50% of the total amount before 4 weeks before arrival 100% of the total amount.

An extra-charge of €12,50 per person will be added to the total amount for the final cleaning service and use of linen and towels.
