Great location across the street from Piazza Navona. Very narrow stairs. No lift. Large rooms. Comfortable bed and bath. Musty sofa. Cab stand outside. No need for special cab service. Did not use kitchen facilities. Travel info booth outside. Central location for walking to all the main attractions.

Extraordinary location, the facilities are spartan but confortable ( no telephone;sovietic supply of hot water).As the place does not have in site staff,check in is a moment of tension (nobody there but a little paper on the street door of the apartment with a phone number)

After booking our apartment we were apprehensive as we had not been to Rome before and didn't know what to expect. We showed our print out of the address to the taxi driver and he got us there from the station for a reasonable price which was a good start. The area was bustling with activity but very clean. The noise is no problem in the room as you shut the window and the place falls silent. All rooms were spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The apartment was also very secure, the front door locks like fort knox and you have a spy hole, you also have an intercom to the front door. We were so pleased that we were situated by piazza navona as it seemed, to us, the most perfect place that we could have chosen after spending a week exploring Rome. We even left some luggage and the friendly staff sent us it free of charge! I would recommend casa navona to anyone and would most definately stay there again!

The Apartment was very nice and full optionals. The only wrong thing was the location between the house and the metro..maybe 1,5 km on foot!

very well located apartment - easy to walk to many museums and well serviced by buses. clean and functional. can be a bit noisy if windows are open for ventilation. shower door is broken and needs repair. the steep and sloping stairs are a killer. some of them can be dangerously slippery if the shoes are wet. your website dont make any mention of them. we would have been in trouble if we had big suitcases - fortunately our bags were small. it would help to have local maps,list of bus routes, list of good restaurants and a list of some museums with directions are kept in the apartment. Claudio very helpful indeed.

This was our first visit to Rome... We are 40 and found we were right in the hot spot of Piazza Navona. This comes with the good (lots of live music, activity) and the bad (all night vespa's). We loved the location and would stay here again. Not recomended for elderly with lots of luggage up the many flights of stairs.

It was the trip of a lifetime. Claudio was very friendly and helpful. Casa Navona 4 was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and convenient to everything we wanted to see. It was a short walk to: St. Peter's, the Vatican museum, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Trevi fountain, the Forum/Colliseum, and the Spanish Steps. Everyone in Rome showed us excellent hospitality. A shopkeeper near our apartment, even let us use her phone to contact the airport shuttle.

this is the most perfect situation i can think of to stay in rome. every point of interest is within walking distance. you feel at home. piazza navona is accross the street. the vatican is accross the bridge. next time i come to rome, i am for sure staying at casa navona. make sure to book the private taxi service back to the airport through the white flyers right outside the apartment door inside the building, 40 euros. the driver was very pleasant and well dressed. enjoy!

Casa Navona is great place. Claudio is very kind and competent, and prepare all things I need. Even at 10 p.m., he comes and solve my difficulties. All I need(market, phamarcy, even Internet post) are indicated in the form of printed paper with a map, under the TV set. So no more call for Claudio. Late july in Rome, it is very hot and my family is tired out, but in Casa Navona we are refreshed. All who stay in Casa Navona, will be satisfied with claudio's kindful reception and help. The location is very special. When you open the window, you can see the monument that many tour guide explain to group tourist. And if you open another window and your head out of window, you can see the Piazza Navona. There is not an elevator, but that's no problem, because Claudio help me to carry, and we go and down twice per day. I will recommend Casa Navona to all who visit Rome, and if I visit Rome again, I will stay in Casa Navona. Great Place and Magno Claudio!!!

Everything was excellent: especially the staff, location and the freedom of having an apartment instead of a conventional hotel room. Air conditioning was a major plus on very warm days. The only inconvenience was that I wish the apartment had a phone.

Once welcomed, we were left on our own. Told to call his cell phone if any problems. We had a first get a calling card, then find a public phone to call him. The shower door wouldn't stay closed, he said...no problem. I took that to mean no problem, he'd fix it. What he meant was that it really was no problem. The rooms were spacious, and the location great. This is truley staying in an apartment though, with NO services.

We have enjoyed our holiday in Rome very much, and we have been very satisfied with the apartment and the service provided. Everything was very comfortable. We hope to be back one day. In the meantime we will recommend the apartment to our family and friends

Very fine appartment with the facilities you`d need. Located in the center of Rome, overlooking the Piazza Navona from the livingroom. Walking distance of the major sights of Rome. Wee (2 adults and 2 teen-age daughters) enjoyed every second. Highly recommendable

The apartment/location was great - we were able to walk to all the tourist attractions! Staff were friendly and always near hand. The only advise I would give is to remind you that there is no lift and the stairs are quite steep - not great for pushchairs!! 5 Stars!!

This lovely, if spartin apartment was located just a block off Piazza Navona. This is really an excellent location to central Rome. It does border on a busy street, so while we were there in spring and had windows open only during the day, at night it might have been a bit noisy due to it's location next to the Piazza. The inside was very clean, and facilities were fine.
