For the price we paid, we would have been better off at a hotel. The air conditioning only worked from 9:00AM to 9:00 PM, which means it was hot while we slept. There was no coffee maker, paper towel, bathmat, or bedding for the sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper would not even pull out. The hot water tank was small so there was only enough hot water for about one very short shower. I would not recommend this apartment for a long stay. 2 - USA

We loved Rome and the CasaNavona was a big reason. It was a great apartment in the best position opposite the best cafe/gelateria!! Service provided was excellent as well. I would recommend it to everyone!!

We had a great stay at Casa Navona. The location is excellent - one block away from the Piazza Navona and three blocks from the Pantheon. Due to an e-mail problem, our host (Claudio Bertini) did not know our arrival time, but he was available at 8:30 p.m. when we arrived. He was also very helpful during our stay. The only downside was the stairs, which were very steep. There is no lift. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Rome and we hope to return.

A spacious, clean and quiet apartment in a most convenient part of the city. The facilities were in fact better than I had expected from the information provided on the website. You could improve your information by providing a ground-plan of the property.

How to reach Apartment Casa Navona 3

By car
From any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring-road, connected to all main highways, follow the indications to Roma centro. It is forbidden to enter the area where the property is located by car, so guests can park their car along the Lungotevere and reach the apartment Casa Navona 3 by taxi or by one of the several bus lines available. For example, bus 64 going from Termini to St. Peter. Get off at the Sant'Andrea della Valle stop. The apartment is just steps away.

By train
From the Termini train station take the bus line number 64 and get off at the Sant'Andrea della Valle. The apartment is just 5 minutes on foot from there.

By airplane
The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Termini station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: Guests are kindly asked to communicate their arrival time in advance. Later arrival from 8 p.m. until midnight, or from 6 a.m. until 9 a.m. or arrival on Saturday morning are subject to an extra charge of €20,00. While later arrivals from midnight until 6 a.m., on Saturday afternoon after 1 p.m. and on Sunday are subject to an extra charge of €30,00.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows: Cancellations from 30 up to 16 days from the check-in will be charged 30% of the total amount. Cancellations from 15 up to 1 day from the check-in will be charged 50% of the total amount. In case of no-show will be charged the total amount.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
