Very nice apt., 1 block from Duomo on fairly quiet street. 1-2 blocks from grocery stores (large and small). Central to all. Must like church bells.

The location was not as indicated, definately more than 200yds from the Spanish Steps, it was definatley on the profiary of the city, not central as we thought. The apartment was lovely. Everything you could possibly need was there. The main bedroom and bathroom were beautiful. The description did not mention that the 2nd bedroom (twin) was very small and also the 2nd bathroom (shower room) was not adjacent to the 2nd bedrrom. But the main complaint we have is nothing to do with the owners it is the noise from the local discoteque. Not the music but of poeple leaving. This commenced most evenings at apprx. 2am until around 5am! Apart from these comments the service from everyone concerned, the office, the owner and the consierge was excellent.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

The full amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card upon arrival of the reservation in order to confirm your booking.

Reservation Policy:
World Real Estate Srl will charge only once the reservation is confirmed the 30% of the Total Amount of the reservation on your Credit-Card (we welcome American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Int, CartaSi, Eurocard). As confirmation our clients will receive an official e-mail (with our digital signature) with all the details on our services.

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows: up to 6 weeks from arrival 15% of the total amount between 6 weeks and 4 weeks before the arrival 50% of the total amount before 4 weeks before arrival 100% of the total amount.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
An extra-charge of €12,50 per person will be added to the total amount for the final cleaning service and use of linen and towels.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 30% As soon as the reservation is confirmed - 30% If cancellation is more than 4 weeks before the check- in - 100% If cancellation is less than 4 weeks before the check-in. Only refunded (unless the part payment) if a re-sale is possible
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
