The flat was very small, with no space to allow bedside lights, and not enough storage space or surfaces to put things away. The sheet covering the bed was too small so we ended up lying partly on the foam mattress most nights, which would have been horrible if it had been very hot weather. Some of the cups and plates were chipped. The mirror in the bathroom was too high for me to use. The bulb for the table lamp was broken and there were no replacements in the flat (but we enjoyed finding the right shop to buy new bulbs). Other aspects of the flat were fine. The lift was very quick and the lobbies and stairs were clean, the block was mostly pretty quiet, and it was in a great area. Thanks

Exactly what we wanted, very basic, but perfect for us. We stayed in the double room, the bed was comfortable and clean and the kitchen facilities were appreciated. The only problems were the shower not being particularly effective and the elevator was a little scary, those are very minor gripes though and on the whole we had a lovely stay. It's a great budget option for people like us who are not interested in the backpacker treadmill and want somewhere quiet and clean to sleep. We will definitely be back and will be recommending the service to others.

I was very disappointed that there was no free parking at the appartment. Simply, parking was not allowed at the streets around the building. I had to place my car in an expensive guarded parking lot a couple of streets away.

The pictures posted on the web were very deceiving. We found the place to be dirty, run down and unconfortamble (2 small towels for 3 days - one each).

The apartment was in a good location it was small but it was o.k for what I needed. I would have preferred if there where curtains in the room. As well as this a toaster would have been good. There were children screaming early in the morning which was not good. The off licence was across the road and the owners where nice.

The srevice from the agency was excellent. The apartment was compact but OK. The closeness to amenities was great. The neighbours were noisy and liked to leave rubbish on the landing. I would definately come back though as Prague is a wonderful city. Thank you
