Self Catering Apartment Uhelny I - Prague

Our group of four friends (mixed background, nationality and age 25-35yrs) really enjoyed our stay. We had booked a one bedroom place, but a two bedroom one was available so they gave us that for same price. It was lovely. Michele and Salvatore were helpful. We loved the central location and nearby market. I would stay there again in a flash.

The location in the city is perfect: not in the crowdy and noisy (in summer) historic city center but near enough to allow to do without bus or tube to visit Prague.

A very nice apartment in a central zone of Prague. The only problem we had was that there wasn't a colander, but the apartment was really clean and nice!

The apartment is well presented and quite spacious, and contained all necessary household appliances which i found very useful. The Staff (Salvatore)very friendly, accommodating and helpful. One drawback is the views from the windows faced the court yard, so you couldn't really see what was going on outside on the streets.

Doskonale miejsce. Uroczy wlasciciel. Apartament doskonale wyposazony, czysty, polozony w podworzu, co pozwalalo odciac sie od halasu ulicznego i nabrac sil przed kolejnym wiczoram w pubie. Goraco polecam i miejsce i miasto!

Salvatore was a great help when we called a few days before we arrived and also when we got there. The rooms are large and clean. Location is great. Only a short distance from the Old Town Square. Salvatore was very helpful and very nice. There was some construction going on in the complex so it was a little noisy when we were there. When we arrived noone was there to let us in so we had to wait. We had called about a half hour before arriving but we got there before he did. The kitchen facilities are great and if you are going to be there for a week or more it's a great place to stay. The rooms weren't completely ready when we arrived so he had us leave all our bags in one room and we walked around Prague for a few hours. That was ok but a little strange. Also, some of the price tags were still on the decorative items in the room so it was definately newly decorated. I think after some more experience with guests, these apartments will be top-notch. There was a massage therapist on the ground floor of the courtyard complex the apartments are in. She was reasonably priced and good. I would recommend her, as well.

We booked Uhelny 1 at 70€ per night,espacially because we wanted a double bed ! They confirmed by mail,that this appartment was free,but when we arrived they said the appartment was not cleaned ,so we had to stay in Uhelny 2 wich was much smaller(but no problem),but we still had to pay 70€ per night instead of 60€ as marked on their webside for Uhelny 2. We didn't find that correct ! They gave as a double bed,but it's not our fault that Uhelny 1 was not available! If they promise you a certain appartment,they have to clean it for that date.So we didn't find that correct. We Payed 4x10€ too much ! If they refund us our money,we would be pleased...

The staff at this location were extremely welcoming and polite. They provided all the information we needed, when we needed it. They always helped us out when we had questions. They made sure we enjoyed our stay. Even after forgetting an item in the apartment, they kindly agreed to send it back to us in the UK, with no complaining. I would definitely advise visitors to stay at these apartments! Thanks very much!
