La localisation est parfaite pour un séjour à Prague, proche de tout à portée de pieds! Très grande terrasse, très agréable si soleil. Par contre boite de nuit très bruyante, même si l'appartement était au 4ème étage! Quant au prix, il faut s'attendre à payer une caution de 50 euros en arrivant, rendue à la fin, mais mieux vaut la donner en euro qu'en couronnes car elle nous a évidemment été retournée en couronne, donc l'équivalent de 50 euros à dépenser le jour du départ. Et si vous payez par carte de crédit, attendez vous à payer 3% de charges en plus des commissions de votre banque.

We were sent to a different apartment (Dusni 1)for the same price, and were told it was for the better. The apartment was half a block from the Old Town Square and was absolutely perfect, by all means very nice and VERY clean. Only one recomendation, use the taxi service they offer once you reserve to pick you up on arrival and leaving. Otherwise, you will have to pick up the keys on arrival and leave them before leaving, and it's not so close to walk neither confortable to travel with public service with the lugagge from one place to the other.

The apartment was clean with new furnitures aned space enough for 1 person. Excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to the Old Town squire. The only negative was the noise coming from the next door bar which holds live performance over the weekends (thurs-sat) from 11pm up until 5am! Luckily, I had a pair of ear plags.

Stunning apartment, with all of the basic white goods, right in the centre of old town, with great views, and also close to all the major sites and conveniences. Management, though in another building, were also very nice and responsive.

The apartment was nice BUT it had many deffects. My tv didnt work, and even that I reported I never got it fixed. Then, I had no hair dryer when I was supossed to have one in the room. I had to go ask twice for it until I got it. It was almost Impossible to take a shower there because, I could get burning hot water or icy cold water, the mixer didnt work right and It was very difficult to get a comfortable temperature for the water. Then the light of the mirror didnt work, and the mirror was too high. Also, when I first got in, the department had a weird smell. For the price I payed, and for what I got, I would have better stayed in a youth hostel than there. Next time, you should give waht you promess, dont lie to the clients. Thank you.

One should be warned that this aprtment is loctaed on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator, so if you are traveling with a heavy suitcase, be prepared for some serious manual labor. also, if you are planning on having the VodičkovaApartment company send a driver for you at the train station, be warned that the driver sometimes doesn't quite make it. It happened to us - we waited for a long time at the station. other than that, it is a lovely apartment with a kiler location!

El apartamento es sencillo, tipo estudio, con una pequeñita cocina(no apta para cocinar en exceso, para preparar desayunos vale)pero está ubicado en un lugar inmejorable, a 2 minutos de la Plaza Vieja, en una calle tranquila y en un edifico bonito, aunque es un cuarto piso sin ascensor!!! y con unas escaleras bastante altas, asi que si llevais mucho equipaje preparaos. Tiene una terracita(lo mejor del apartamento) que da a un patio interior, pero es soleado(aunque huele tremendamente a comida, bien, eso si).Es ideal para desayunos en verano, aunque nosotros solo pudimos apreovecharla un día, ya que llovió a mares. Si vais en época de frio, es la unica mesa granade que hay, ya que dentro del estudio sólo hay una mesita poequeña, donde esta la tele, y donde no cabe gran cosa.Aunque hay sitios fantásticos donde comer en Praga, así que no hace mucha falta. Uno de los empleados de la agencia a la que pertenece el apartamento, nos recibió con mapas e información sobre la zona. El trato atento y amable. Así pues, el sitio es sencillo, pero por el precio y en la zona que está, es realmente una buena opción.
