Fantastic little apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, easy walking distance to a number of major sights, 50m from the metro for things further afield. Head to the Place Maubert (6-7 minutes walk) for organic produce, cheese, meat, etc. Try the Tunisian sweetshop (under the apartment) for awesome baklava, etc. Check out the Fontaine St Michel for crazy street performers. The Saint (famous nightclub) is 10m away(!), but the double-glazed windows shut out all the street noise if you need to sleep. Staff were incredibly helpful. Seriously, if you're coming to Paris-stay at this place!

The flat is ideal for 2 people. For 4 people (our group) it was too small. It was convenient to have kitchenette and all kitchen appliances. But the flat wasn't cleaned during our stay (we had to buy our own toilet paper, soap). Also, it can be quite loud in the evening and at night. Obviously, it is situated in the Latin Quarter (pedestrian zone with restaurants), but in the mornings it was loud too as rubbish was collected every day at around 6 o'clock a.m. - very loud engine noises! Plus noises of kitchen extractors from the restaurants in the evenings! So, overall, the flat is good for those travelling on a budget, but don't expect quiet nights and mornings, and good cleaning service (in fact, no cleaning service whatsoever!). A note to the flat owner: Does it really cost so much to put enough toilet paper and soap?!

The apt is very well located. 50m from the Metro Station St Michael, and 150m. from Notre Dame. It is located above a series of restaurants, where the food is good and not expensive. It is visited by tourist all the time. If you are not looking for a spacious place to stay in Paris, this one is great.

The room is very compact for 4 people, however we were expecting this for the price. The location is excellent in a very lively area of Paris which can get noisy at night for light sleepers. Would stay again.
