Wonderful location.Dont expect to get ANY sleep here=right opposite a noisy pub wich is open until 5am.No sleep at all.Air con is a cooler-which has to be stuck outside and open window-but too noisy to open window-hence hot and noisy.Considering this was the most expensive place in Europe on our months stay and NO sleep.Very disappointed.

The size and layout of the apartment suited my friend and I perfectly. It's in walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafes, and metro stations. Although other travelers warned of the street noise, we were not prepared for the true extent of the problem. Large numbers of people congregated on the streets right around the apartment every night, and a sports bar close by made for a very loud weekend. Probably worse was the fact that, although this was a non-smoking unit, there were other smokers in the building whose cigarette smoke permeated the apartment and of course opening the windows wasn't an option because of the street noise! Paris is unrivaled in beauty and culture, but we would think twice about renting an apartment again based on this experience.

Had to wait 30 min. for "landlord" Didn't get af 2 room apartment. Got a simple room another place.Mobilphone didn't work inside the room. No DeLuxe at all. Didn't anwser our call. We got our money back for the 3 of the 4 nights. Never tried anything that poor. Don't ever trust those people. They even don't want to meet you face to face.

We really appreciated the automatic washing machine - to be able to wash without having to look for a laundromat. The shower/basin/toilet were clean and of good quality. The kitchen facilities were adequate for such meal preparation as we required. The bed was most comfortable and we appreciated having a sofa to relax on when watching the TV. The security was good. The only difficulty was the access to the apartment via the stairs with luggage. Without the luggage on day to day use the stairs were quaint even if a little tedious, but when coming or going with our luggage the stairs becdame a problem without help of others. With the Boulevarde Saint Germain close by, access to much of the Left Bank was easy. Even the Louvre was within easy walking distance. Shopping, restaurants and the Metro all close by. We found the noise during the night a bit of a distraction, but the Rugby World Cup coincided with our visit and the celebrations associated with some of the French wins may have exacerbated this problem

Service and information provided by Mrs Ulrika Deze was excellent. But it wasn't that excellent that it rained wastewater from the selling in our kitchen from the neighbour above. Regards /Kent

Wonderful location! just in the heart of Paris! BUT! very noisy as it is surrounded by bars and restaurants. I stayed during the weekend and had huge problem to sleep due to the noise coming from street till very late night/early morning. 3 floors up via a narrow & winding staircase was tough to bring up luggage. Needed to inform precise arrival time as I need to meet the manger for check in which was tough as I was traveling by car. It did not provide any parking although it is marked "Free Parking". I would choose to stay at other standard hotels at similar rate to secure good night sleep next time as it did not match to my travel needs & style but perfect accommodation for those who wants to stay up late and enjoy till late night.

This flat is all about location, you cannot beat it. You are half a block from St. Sulpi ce, three blocks from St. Germain des Pres, two blocks from two separate metro lines and a short walk from the Luxembourg Gardens. We had our two very active small boys with us (ages 5 and 3) and we were able to find very good, reasonably priced restaurants which welcomed the children within a block of the flat. There was also plenty of more sedate, adult fare on offer in the near vicinity. The flat's owner was excellent. She spoke flawless English, met us on time, was easily accesible and even reachable two nights before Christmas by mobile to answer a question I had about the heating. That being said, the flat is TINY. Although advertised as a one bedroom, it is really a studio. You would be hard pressed to cook more than the simplest meal in the kitchen, although it did have a good sized refrigerator. It is also a four story walk up, on a narrow, winding staircase. It is difficult to navigate with small children and a buggy. All and all, if what you are looking for in Paris accomodations is a clean, well located place, where you can store and prepare simple food and where children will feel more at home than in a hotel, this is an excellent value. For us, that was perfect. If you want something a bit luxurious, you may find this flat a bit lacking.

Very friendly & welcoming owner, turned up when she said she would! Apartment is in a small street in St Germain with many little restaurants & bars nearby. 2 mins from metro. 3 floors up via a narrow & winding staircase, might be a problem with children or buggies. Apartment in good condition overall, kitchen area a bit cramped & could do with new crockery & an oven (had a microwave & hotplate). Some street noise at night due to pubs emptying. Would stay there again - much better than a hotel.

The location of the apartment was great but we paid for that at night, which was when the street below became alive due to the bars and restaurants. If you are a sound sleeper, and I mean sound, it may not bother you but a street band suddenely started playing at 12:30am one evening right below the apartment. It's a social whirl at night! The apartment is located in one of those lovely little streets you would want to explore. For those with a lot of luggage, there is no lift and it's on the 4th floor. If you are into shopping, the apartment location is also great as the Designer stores are all around, plus there are smaller boutique stores.

The location is awesome and the neighborhood is safe. The apartment is clean and simple. It is a great size for 2 adults and 2 children but it is a little small for 4 adults to share. I managed to find a free wi-fi signal, if I put my computer near the kitchen window.

This is a very small apartment (really it is a studio apartement with a samll alcove for the double bed) and a separate good sized kitchen dining room and tiny bath. With our family of 4, we barely had room anywhere to put our suitcases on the floor. We were constantly juggling things around so we could open the bed, etc. That said, this location is fabulous, if you like action. There have to be 100 bars, bakeries and restaurants within a 2 block radius. The noise did wake us up in the middle of the night, and also in the morning from the night before revelers, still in the streets reveling. The greeter was excellent, please note that if you want a phone, you must ask for it, and they will bring it. We were pleasantly suprised with the unit having an recent air conditioner added. This was very helpful as we could block out much of the noise and close 2 of the 3 windows (the 3rd must be left open for the air conditioner tubing). The kitchen is complete with dishwasher and clothes washer and drying rack. There is NO oven, however, just a microwave.

The rental process was very easy. The manager met us at the apartment when we arrived in Paris, showed us around the apartment, and gave us good information on the surrounding neighborhood. The apartment is in an excellent part of the city, with lots of good restaurants, cafes, and pubs, and with convenient metro stations nearby.

Sorround area was very safe and convinient to go anywhere. The owner was very friendly and helpfull. I'm sure recomend this Apartment to the person who are tired to stay Hotel and wants to stay just as your home. No need to constraint about housekeeper every day! Only one thing you must to know in advance is there is no lift! But there was not big matter because the owner was willing to arranged for a man to carry my luggage at departure. I would return this Apartment.

Appartment optimal gelegen um ganz Paris zu erkunden. Sehr freundliche und informative Begrüßung. Selbst für eine Familie mit 3 kleinen Kindern groß genug. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

The appartment was very comfortable and attractively decorated. It contains everything you need if you want to self cater. The owner/manager was especially nice and helpful, willing to meet us very late in the evening for check in. They provide an excellent set of information on places to eat, shop, etc. in the area. This is a great part of Paris to stay in. However, prospective guests should be aware that you will be staying in an area surrounded by restaurants, bars, etc. so with the windows open in the summer it is noisy.
