Apartamentos Mundaka was just as described on the website. The location is directly opposite a child friendly beach & within a 5 min walk of the town's shops, bars & restaurants. Our apartment had a balcony & faced the beach; however there was still some traffic noise from the main road which runs behind & along the opposite side of the apartments. We would definitely recommend Apartmentos Mundaka for a short stay in Mundaka (we were there for 6 nights) & Mundaka is a perfect base to explore the Basque coastline by car.

How to reach Apartamentos Mundaka

By car
We are 40kms from Bilbao (Guggenheim Museum and Bilbao Exhibition Centre), 25 kms from Loiu airport, 90kms from San Sebastian and 95 kms from Vitoria.
From Bilbao: take the BI-631 road choosing Mungia/Bermeo way.
From Donostia: take the A-8 highway and leave it in Amorebieta (way out nº18), then continue taking Gernika/Bermeo way through the BI-635 road.
From Vitoria: take the A-68 highway and leave it in Bilbao (way out nº1), then take the A-8 highway selecting Donosti way and leave it in Amorebieta (way out nº18), and afterwards take the N-635 road in Gernika/Bermeo way.


By train
From Monday to Friday there are trains and buses from Bilbao to Bermeo every half and hour. At weekend and festivity days every hour.


By airplane
We are 25 minutes from the airport. Take the BI-633 road choosing Mungia/Bermeo way throughh the BI-631.
