A long, cypress-lined drive leading to the farm sets the tone of country elegance. The accommodations are completely hand-decorated and embellished by trompe l'oeil to offer the guest a refined, cosy and exclusive atmosphere.

Le Manzinaie offers a covered parking area, an open pool equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas, large garden, barbecue and gazebo. This is a friendly, small-family vacation rental where we speak Italian, English, and French.

Within easy reach you will find ancient abbeys, churches and medieval hill towns such as Montepulciano that is a lovely village known as The pearl of the 16th century because of its several architectural features dating back to renaissance time, and for its wine Nobile di Montepulciano that is famous all over the world, Pienza, (famous for its Pecorino Cheese), Montalcino (famous for Brunello Red Wine), Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Florence and Rome.

How to reach Apartment Le Manzinaie

From Milan: take the highway A1, direction ROMA;
From Florence: take the highway A1, direction ROMA;
From Pisa: take the highway A11, direction FIRENZE. Close to Florence continue into the highway A1 following directions ROMA.

In all cases, exit the A1 at Valdichiana/Bettolle:
Exit the highway A1 at the Valdichiana/Bettolle exit, (the property is approx. 16 Km from the exit),after the toll, follow signs for Bettolle, Torrita di Siena, then Montepulciano, pass the village of Bettolle and keep going straight following for Torrita di Siena,once arrived at the traffic lights in Torrita di Siena, turn left, following for Montepulciano, Chiusi, Chianciano,Gracciano, Acquaviva, you will come to a roundabout, go about half way around it and follow signs for Chiusi, Chianciano – Via Nottola, Montepulciano – Via Nottola, hospital, go straight always following directions for Chiusi, Montepulciano, Chianciano, you will reach the village of Gracciano, continue straight until you arrive to a crossroad, here turn left following for Montepulciano Stazione, Valiano, Cortona and continue on that road, then, you will reach the village of Montepulciano Stazione, follow directions for Valiano, Cortona, pass through this village, pass the railways and go straight following directions for Valiano, Perugia-Cortona, then pass the highway bridge and keep going straight for 1,5 Km following signs for Valiano, Le Manzinaie will be on your left.

From Rome: take the highway A1, direction FIRENZE; exit the highway A1 at the Chiusi/Chianciano Terme exit, (the property is approx. 20 Km from the exit), after the toll, turn right and at the crossroad turn right again following signs for Chiusi, after about 3 Km, turn left towards Sinalunga–Siena–Acquaviva - hospital, continue always straight following signs for Sinalunga, Siena - hospital, you will go through 3 villages: Montallese, Tre Berte and then Salcheto, continue on that road and you will reach the village of Acquaviva (2 Km after Salcheto), drive through it and after a church on the right and a bar on the left, turn right on a little road following signs for Valiano, Cortona, Foiano della Chiana, go straight until you reach the STOP, here turn left and continue straight in direction of Valiano, you will pass the railways, under the motorway’s bridge and continue for about 4 km until you reach a crossroad with a STOP (here on your right you have a warehouse for building materials), turn left, following signs for Montepulciano Stazione, Abbadia di Montepulciano, go straight for about 1 Km and Le Manzinaie will be on your right.
