The Courtyard Apartments are located in the heart of the Art Deco district of South Beach, Miami, in a quiet street just a 2-minute walk from Lincoln Road - featuring an attractive combination of outdoor cafés, restaurants, clubs, boutiques and art galleries.
The white sandy beach is within easy walking distance from these Miami Beach Apartments, as are Flamingo Park and Collins Avenue.
The Courtyard Apartments consist of a small, 2-story Art Deco building surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden filled with coconut trees. This quiet residential complex provides a small oasis of serenity, away from the hustle and bustle but close to all the action. Security is maintained by an intercom system at the entrance of the property and by video surveillance.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available at any time after 3 p.m. For check-in before 5 p.m. on weekdays, a representative will meet you at the property with the keys. For check-in on weekends or after 5 p.m. on weekdays, the keys will be left in a secure deposit box at the property and guests will have the access code provided to them before arrival.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later 10 a.m.
