The Apartment was not marked at all. There was no label like Accommodation etc. so you were not sure if it is that flat. The most important problem was with the entrance the flat. On ringing nobody responded so we phoned the number mentioned on the reservation booking. The man on the other side did not speak English so we had big problem to deal that we are in front of the house. Fortunately every think was then all right. I can just recommend to potential visitors to be patient a learn Spanish!

Desribed as apartment - but on booking confirmation (and here first) you booked a doubleroom. It is a 3 bedroom apartment, every bedroom can be booked by another party. Kitchen and bathroom! must be shared with other persons - fortunately we were the only one in this apartment. Apartment seemed to be renovated but furnishings looked old. The fridge was a mess (but we were informed about this). TV small, only Spanish channels. Close to a - noisy - highway. Positive: near parking-ground (see highway-picture) many shops / restaurants in surrounding very helpful lessor

This apartment is in a rough neighbourhood a long way from the city centre. As a single female traveller, it did not feel safe. I expected the apartment to myself, but there were other guests there to share with. The woman who greeted me spoke no English at all. I could not find the beach. There are no maps, brochures or other info. No glasses, cutlery, plates, and a 6 lane motorway outside the window that is noisy 24/7. The apartment is on the 9th floor of a very seedy building, and if you open the windows it wouldn't take much effort to fall out. Definitely NOT recommended. I don't think this should be advertised on Venere's site. Although it is cheap, I was very disappointed.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
