Well equipped flat just off the Gran Via. An excellent location for visiting all of Madrid's interesting museums and gardens. We spent a week of vacation at the flat and would go back.

Camera molto carina e attrezzata e a pochi passi dalla metro santo domingo. Ottima per coppie. Il prezzo è ok ma solo se si ammortizza mangiando a casa. Peccato per un locale di spogliarello proprio sotto l'appartamento

The apartment is beautifully decorated; it is located in the city center but in a calm street and for who's travelling by car there's a public parking just across the street. The owners are flexible (I added one more person one day before the arrival date and changed the time of arrival to a late hour) and really nice people.

We choose the room because of the fully equiped kitchen (my husband is a cook and likes to cook even on holidays). The kitchen itself was ok, but the equipment not: there was only 1 tiny pan, no coffee machine, no cutting board, etc. Also no salt/pepper/sugar. This was all a little bit disappointing. The rest of the apartment was ok, but if you're taller than 1.85 (as we both are) I would choose another apartment, because you won't fit in the bed.

Excellent location but you do need ear plugs to block out noise of girlie bar below the apartment. The owner was really helpful and teh accommodation of a good standard but the apartment was a studio and this was not what we had been expecting from the photos on the website.

Siendo la única semana del año que voy a salir fuera, puedo asegurar que miré por toda la red los posibles alojamientos de la capital y sin ninguna duda este es el mejor calidad/precio. Las habitaciones, decoradas con moderno y exquisito gusto, se sitúan en la mejor zona de la Gran Vía con variedad de restaurantes, bares y tiendas en los alrededores y con el metro a escasos 50 metros. La atención personalizada de la propietaria del lugar (un beso Claudia!) hace que te sientas más como en casa de un amigo que en un hotel. Sin duda volveré si paso por Madrid de nuevo.

From Madrid Barajas International Airport:
Take underground line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios. Then switch to line 10 to Plaza de España. Take Gran Vía street and take the 2nd street on your right, Calle de Isabel La Católica, where the apartments are located.
