J'avais réservé en partie à cet hôtel pour la piscine hors elle était sale, impossible de se baigner... j'ai été déçue à ce niveau là car j'ai payé pour ce service et je n'ai pas pu en profiter. Métro à 10-15 min à pieds.

The apartment we stayed in on the first night was very big but really cold. We were moved to another appt which was better and the heating worked. The only fault was that we had to go to the bar to hire our kitchen utencils, which I think they should already be supplied in a self catering appt. Also no kettle or coffee pot was available.

You had to pay for the internet access, yet it still didn't work in your room and you had to use all that you paid for at one time. Where you could use the internet it was really loud and there were lots of people around. The food at the cafe was terrible and expensive. The location was really bad as we'd get heckled by locals every time we'd walk to the metro station and never felt safe outside the walls. It was said to be in Madrid, when it was actually a long ways away from the city center. And, the people there were not friendly and helpful, especially at the reception desk.

Nice hotel but quite far from the nearest metro stop. Approx 15-20 min walk to Sierra de Guadeloupe metro station. Wouldn't recommend it to families with young children. Rooms are nice and spacious but you have to pay 20 euros as a deposit to get cooking utensils and cutlery which I thought was unnecessary. Overall for 50 euros a night for a double room, it was pretty good value for money. They even have a free airport shuttle service which came in handy.

Take the M-40 ring road to A3-A4-A5. Take exit 16 to Avenida de la Albufera avenue and turn left at the roundabout. Go straight ahead and turn right at Jesús del Pino street, and turn right again at San Jaime street. Go past the roundabout until you reach another roundabout.

From Atocha train station:
Take Ciudad de Barcelona avenue until you reach Avenida de la Albufera avenue. Turn right at the roundabout. Go straight ahead and turn right again into Jesús del Pino street. Turn right into San Jaime street. Go past the roundabout until you reach another roundabout.
