very nice apartment and fully equiped. the only main problems are no windows in the bathroom (and no air exhauster neither) and a small window with no rolling shutter in the living/kitchen so when you sleep in that room you always see a light coming from the patio

WE STAY AT "GRAN VIA" A WEEK WITH OUR TWO-YEARS-OLD BABY AND IT WAS GREAT! LOCATION EXCELLET FOR SHOPPING, FROM PRADO, FROM PUBLIC PARKS AND MOST IMPORTANT MONUMENT. EVERY DAY THEY CLEAN THE APARTMENT. RECEPTION IS AT HISPANO-ARGENTINO HOSTAL ON GRAN VIA IN A BEAUTIFUL OLD BUILDING (6TH FLOOR) THAT IS 50 MT FROM THE APARTMENT. AT 20 MT THERE IS A STARBUCK'S COFFEE FOR YOUR BREAKFAST WHERE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.

great flat, great people, great location. cleaning was not great but ok. only two little things: it is on ground floor and only one window (a door actually to an interior patio) so for air renewal not great and flat very dark. second thing, a lot of noise due to neighbours putting extremely loud music at 4 am and you can hear neighbour snoring.... otherwise fab. i recommend it. 5 minutes to everything. very close to puerta del sol, 10 min walk to the prado, 5 min walk to cinema and restaurants, and subway.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: please communicate your check-in time as apartments do not have a front desk. Check-in is permitted from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. However, check-in may be possible until 2 a.m., but for this a late check-in fee of €30.00 will be charged.

INCLUIDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
25% of total amount will be charged in your credit card at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee may differ depending on the Apartment, please contact management.
Security deposit of 200,00 € will be charged in CASH upon check-in and refunded to you on departure on the condition that no damage to the apartment has occurred.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For Late cancellation or no show we will charge first night of your stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
