The Cameron self-catering apartment is located on the top floor of a magnificent building, located in Madrid, in the university district of Moncloa.
Guests will find several attractions, including the Princesa boulevard with its trendy shops and boutiques and the Parque del Oeste.
The apartment is a comfortable studio with a double bed and a sofa bed and can comfortably host up to four people. The Cameron also features a spacious terrace, perfect for relaxing moments after a sightseeing day through Madrid.

Studio très agréable, calme, bien équipé,climatisé et surtout avec une grande terrasse sur les toits!! Très agréable. Très bon accueil et quartier agréable, proche métro.Par contre check out un peu sommaire, ne soyez pas surpris.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
Check-in: Please comunicate your check-in time as apartments do not have a front desk. Check-in is permitted from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Hoever, check-in may be possible until 2 a.m., but for this a late check-in fee of €30.00 will be charged. On your arrival in Madrid, call (+34) 912 77 19 77, or UK phone number (+44) 0871 284 1540, in order to agree a check-in time.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the apartment not later than 11 a.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Taxes, towels, electricity/gas/water charges and bed linen are included in the price.
25% of total amount will be charged in your credit card at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee may differ depending on the Apartment, please contact management.
Security deposit of 200,00 € will be charged in CASH upon check-in and refunded to you on departure on the condition that no damage to the apartment has occurred.
Late check-in costs €30,00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: 25% of total amount will be charged on your credit card
upon booking.Under no circumstances All Seasons Rent Apartments
will reimburse the 25% prepayment when the booking is cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS must be made by email, at least 30 days before
arrival. After that date, CANCELLATION FEE: 30% of the outstanding
balance. The CANCELLATION TERMS shall apply in all cases including
cases of force majeure or otherwise.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
