Ella, the Venere liaison, who met us at the apartment to check us in and out was superb. She was gracious, kind, patient and helpful. Area nearby the apartment was a bit rundown, but we loved the ethnicity of the neighborhood and its liveliness in the evenings. Apartment kitchen was very small for four people. We really appreciated having the washing machine as our stay in Madrid was the midpoint of our travels and it was great to wash our clothes. An apartment was the perfect place to stay while in Madrid as we could shop at the nearby grocery and eat in the apartment if we wished and it was nice to have a "home" away from home to return to in the evenings.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the apartment is available from 3 p.m. until 2 a.m. After 8 p.m. an additional charge of €30,00 will be charged. On your arrival in Madrid, please call the property so that a member of the our staff will be waiting for you at the entrance of the apartment.
Check-out: It is necessary to vacate the apartments not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
25% of total amount will be charged in your credit card at the time of booking.
Final cleaning costs €40,00.
A refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival (€200,00 in cash or with a valid credit card).

CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: 25% of total amount will be charged on your credit card upon booking. Under no circumstances this amount will be reimbursed when the booking is cancelled. CANCELLATIONS must be made by email, at least 30 days before arrival. After that date, CANCELLATION FEE: 30% of the outstanding balance. Cleaning fee: 40€. Refundable Deposit: 200€. Late check-in from 20:00 hrs until 02:00 hrs: 30€ Balance due: in cash upon arrival.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
