We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights, the area seems a bit seedy but we had no issues at all coming in and out at any hour. There's an El Corte Ingles supermarket just down the road, its just off the Gran Via and a short walk to Cheuca and most of the major sites.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: Check-in is permitted from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Check-in is possible until 2 a.m., late check-in costs €30,00. On your arrival in Madrid, call (+34) 912 77 19 77, or UK phone number (+44) 0871 284 1540, in order to agree a check-in time.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the apartment not later than 11 a.m.

If travelling by plane, please call once you have collected your luggage. At the time agreed on the phone a member of our staff will be waiting for you at the entrance to the apartment. This time must be at least 30-45 minutes after the call to give our staff enough time to travel to the apartment. The sum of the deposit, cleaning fee (and late check-in fee if applicable), plus the remaining balance of the booking, must be paid IN CASH upon check-in in order to receive the keys to the apartment.
Taxes, towels, electricity/gas/water charges and bed linen are included in the price.
25% of total amount will be charged in your credit card at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee may differ depending on the Apartment, please contact management.
Security deposit of 200,00 € will be charged in CASH upon check-in and refunded to you on departure on the condition that no damage to the apartment has occurred.
Late check-in costs €30,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: 25% of total amount will be charged on your credit card upon booking.Under no circumstances All Seasons Rent Apartments will reimburse the 25% prepayment when the booking is cancelled. CANCELLATIONS must be made by email, at least 30 days before arrival. After that date, CANCELLATION FEE: 30% of the outstanding balance. The CANCELLATION TERMS shall apply in all cases including cases of force majeure or otherwise.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
