The Dylan House apartments are located in a Victorian town house, built in the 1800's, and situated in the heart of London's Paddington neighbourhood. Featuring unique hotel like accommodations but with a well equipped cooking corner, the Dylan House apartments are perfect for a short or long stay in the centre of all that London has to offer.
After a good night's sleep you will be ready to go for a stroll in Hyde Park, go shopping along Oxford Street, or have a meal at one of the fantastic restaurants in nearby Notting Hill. And if you like the theatre, you cant afford to miss seeing a show in London's West End theatre district.

No water available (i.e. toilet/shower/sink) on arrival ... then no hot water the next day for a shower. How this hotel was rated so highly is amazing.

Camere molto,molto piccole. Letto ad una piazza e mezzo. Hanno applicato il 5% sull'importo per pagamento con carta di credito,pretendevano di essere pagati all'arrivo, non cambiavano le lenzuola spesso, dimenticavano le federe e ancora non erano abbastanza cortesi.

Dylan House does not consist of "apartments", but SMALL hotel rooms with a small kitchenette - the double rooms do not even include a chair (nor a table)!! But the rooms are clean and the staff friendly. There are no elevator and the steps are numerous and narrow (do not bring large suitcases) - make sure to include a comment in your reservation if you have a difficulty using stairs, there are a few rooms on the ground floor.

The room was clean and quiet. Good function of the facilities in the mini kitchen. Shops for food and internet were easy access. This hotel is recommended to stay. 5-8 minutes walking distance from Padditon station in London.

This hotel claims 4 Stars - but the "self-rated" gives it all away. This is a 2 Star hostel, with rooms that are too small to use, and bathrooms with toilets that are physically impossible to use. No lifts, and several narrow dark staircases, uncomfortable narrow beds and a shabby demeanour add to one of my most miserable stays

room was very, very small. bathroom was very, very, very small! they charged us 5% for credit card payment, simply ridiculous. rooms are very poor, it was raining inside!!! please book another guesthouse!

Great location, friendly staff, quiet, room at the top of the building, good rooftop views (but narrow steep stair wouldn't suit everyone), room a bit small especially for self catering, great having fridge, microwave etc but could do with a small folding table or trays as have to eat sitting on the bed. Could do with a bit of redecoration etc.

The rooms were too small and there was a lot of noise. Our room was at the ground level and it was posible to see an inner balcony from the toilet and shower windows which gave us no privacy on those permises. Overall the staff was nice.

It has basic (small) hotel rooms, service just fair, with kitchenette zone (basic but enough, 2 electric plates, fridge, microwave, cuttlery). Staff kind but depends on who you get if you need help or info, some times someone looked completely lost, some others very efficient. Asked to change reservation and got it, no problem. location excellent, 4 tube station within easy reach, shops and restaurants on Queensway (5 min.) Overall fair enough for a budget accomodation, kitchen helps reducing London costs enormously!

The "Appartment 3 pax" was to small for three persons, the kitchen was not equipped with the minimum, the shower and toilett room was not heated. I'm a business man and thought if I book a business apartment with my children that the quality should be much more better
