"izaz lofts" is a US based new concept accommodation (guest house) system.
At i'zaz we do not sell rooms, instead we provide a comfortable and cozy home environment for our guests.
i'zaz apartment is located on a street near the old fish and vegetable market in Taksim, two blocks away from Istiklal Caddesi (the major avenue in Taksim), one block away from British consulate; one of Istanbul's most colorful urban neighborhoods with art galleries, shops, restaurants, clubs, movie theaters and more.

i'zaz lofts are spacious and elegant studio flats of 35 square meters. There is one studio flat on each floor and a total of 4 units. (no elevator)
Each flat sleeps 2 on a queen size platform bed filled with hypoallergenic down blend bedding and pillows. (Hypoallergenic synthetic fill bedding is also available upon request).
Lofts have hardwood floors, Italian lighting, flat screen TV w/satellite, DVD player, Skype phone for your international calls, free wireless internet, custom furniture, air conditioning, mid-size refrigerator, electronic safe, iPod player system w/radio, coffee setups, hairdryer, terry-cloth bathrobes and luxury linens.
Please note that our entrance floor loft is a 25 square meter studio flat with the same design, comfort and the amenities that you may find in our upper floor lofts.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The daily loft rate includes daily basic housekeeping (except weekends), weekly full housekeeping, utilities, taxes, access to fully-equipped common-use kitchen and lounge in rooftop terrace with a city view, laundry mat at the basement and free wireless internet.
All our guests are free to use the fully-equipped kitchen at the rooftop terrace to experiment with their culinary skills. And the laundry mat located in the basement is available for personal laundries.
We also have additional guest services that are available upon request.(not included in the price) Our guests can mix and match any of our additional services to personalize their stay at i'zaz. (i.e. Turkish style breakfast, airport pickup/dropoff, personal laundry)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests are expected to pay 50% of the amount due upon booking as a security
deposit and the remainder upon arrival.
Cancellations 2 to 4 weeks before the arrival forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the arrival (or no-shows) will be charged
the entire fee for the reserved period.
Guests who depart before the scheduled date are charged the tariff for the
entire period.
Failure to cancel reservations will result in the forfeit of all monies paid.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
