The Apartments Marija consist of 6 comfortable studio apartments located on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floors, all with balcony and some with a beautiful view of the Pakleni Isles.
Each studio features a lobby, a sitting room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is provided with air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet connection and direct dial telephone.
Towels and bed linen are provided upon your arrival and changed regularly.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
Check-in: the apartments are available from 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m.

Use of electricity power, water, linen and towels is included in the price.
Daily apartment cleaning is included in the price.
Daily towel change is included in the price.
Bed linen change every three days is included in the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation can be cancelled without penaly 21 days prior tocheck in.
30% of total amount charged upon booking.The rest of the
amount will be charged until35 days before the arrival.
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to check in, 30% of total amount will be
charged, 70% will be returned less the bank costs.
For cancellations less than 14 days prior to check in or no show 100% will be
charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
