We had an awsome time, it was like being at home. This was our best hotel in all of our one month trip throughout europe. Lucy- the property manager- was really great too!

Dommage c'est un tres belle appartement. Il manque beaucoup d'entretien, pas de télévision, pomme de douche déficience,pas de séchoire à cheveux pression du gaz trop faible, éclairage de la cuisine trop faible, manque d'équipement de cuisine. Les pattes de lits sont mal fixé et presque tombant...en somme on se foute un peu beaucoup du client et on pense à l,argent....encore une fois c'est dommage puisque c'est un tres belle appartement et tres bien situé. Dans cette été je ne peux le révérer à d'autre voyageur

We (3 adult siblings) enjoyed a lovely weekend, and homecoming. The owner was extremely helpful,even in retrieving something we had forgotten after we had departed.The kitchen was a bit dark, and could use some more character-in sharp contrast to the rest of the place. Also, it was a bit musty, and caused some strong allergies. The location was a bit off the main run which kept us away from the droves of tourists, but required more walking, which we enjoyed. However, it did require more of an effort to drop off bags during the middle of the day. Having lived in Florence,being able to stay in apartment made us feel more at home. I would recommend the place to families-a kitchen is a great advantage and money saver.

For the price this is a nice little apartment for sleeping in. However, for 4 people the kitchen is very small for eating in, and the lounge/living area is too small for more than one or at most 2 people at a time. It is 3 steep flights of stairs up.The neighbourhood is largely residential, and relatively quiet compared to other parts of Florence. If you don't mind the sound of loud Italian conversation reverberating between the narrow walls of the street into your bedroom late at night, and you're planning to eat out a lot, this should suit you fine!
