Featuring off street parking it is a great base from which to explore Edinburgh. Only a 20min walk from city centre attractions or short bus ride, the apartment is in a modern development, set within a grand leafy street of Victorian villas. Guests can enjoy a quiet setting whilst only being a couple of minutes walk from bustling Bruntsfield. This area of Edinburgh has wonderful gift shops, delis, an excellent cafe scene, and a good choice of bars and restaurants.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Arrival/Departure
Usual Check in is between 3.30 p.m and 6.30 p.m We contact all guests before the start of their stay to arrange to meet them on arrival at their apartment. There is a late check in fee of £25.00 after 8 p.m and last check in is 10.30 p.m. Exceptions may be made for unavoidable travel delays.
We offer guests the option of dropping luggage off at their apartment after 12 noon.
Check out is 10.30 a.m but you can organise late check out with prices varying.
Payment
To reserve the apartment, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is due upon booking with the balance 42 days before arrival.
A £200 or £250 security deposit is due with the balance. This is returned in full 7 working days after the end of the stay provided there are no breakages.
We take payment by Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfers or cheques. Credit Cards taken securely online via PayPal or details over the phone. We are sorry we are only able to accept payments of up to £800 by credit card. There is a 2.5% credit card and debit card charge. Bank Transfer - Non UK please ensure any bank transfer fees are added to the invoice amount. Cheque – we are able to process but unfortunately we may not be able to accept cheques where the time to arrival is too close.

The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation with 6 weeks left - deposit and 5% of balance are retained by The Edinburgh Address
Cancellation with 4 weeks left - deposit and 10% of balance are retained by The Edinburgh Address
Cancellation with 3 weeks left - deposit and 40% of balance are retained by The Edinburgh Address
Cancellation with 2 weeks left - deposit and 80% of balance are retained by The Edinburgh Address
Cancellation with 1 week left - deposit and 100% of balance are retained by The Edinburgh Address
CANCELLATION POLICY
The initial deposit is non-refundable.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
