CANCELLATION POLICY
For late cancellation and no show the total amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card. 15% of the total amount will be charged at the reservation time; this amount is NOT REFUNDABLE.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
