The House with Garden is situated at the most attractive part of Dubrovnik (Ploce). The apartment enjoys a magnificent panoramic view on the Old Town of Dubrovnik, the Lokrum Island and the Adriatic Sea, which is reachable within a mere 2-minute walk.
Dubrovnik Old Town, the center of all happenings with numerous monuments, galleries, concerts, as well as many cozy restaurants and cafes that are all located inside the city walls, is only a stone's throw away and literally spreads before the guests' eyes when looking out of the window, or from the apartment's roof garden and terrace. The public beach is just 2 walking minutes away.
The House with Garden in Dubrovnik is connected to the Central Bus Station via the local bus no. 8; guests must get off at the Zicara bus stop and then walk 20 yards/20 meters to Obodska Street. Buses no. 5 and 8 take you from the self catering apartment to the rest of Dubrovnik.

Our stay at 'house with garden' was excellent it has beautiful views and surroundings, we were made to feel very welcome and we had a great holiday. Highly recommended.

I recommend this accomodation mainly for guests without cars because in Dubrovnik there is no place for parking. But the very kind manners of the owner and the beautiful panorama from the window can compensate anybody for the lack of parking place (meanwhile the problem can solve in a strange way). The apartman is on the hillside and you must climb the stairs, but it is worth!!

main complaint, H&G seemed to be advertised as an appartment-but in fact would be better classified as a "sobe" ie a room with own bath -toilet. The other gripe is that the house was full of cigarette and dampness smell. and lastly we were after twin beds but got a double. Owners are nice enough but until the the house is painted & cleaned up stay away!!
