The location, in an old castel, on the border of Umbria and Tuscany is perfect. The apartment was large, with a full kitchen, dining area, salon and bedroom. You must have a car since it is outside the city, but we had one, so no problem with that. The breakfast was minimal, but we had all kinds of goodies from the local supermarkets. There are a few large supermarkets within 3-5 minutes drive. There is a very good restaurant on site for dinner only with very reasonable prices and excellent Italian food. Very nice local service and complementary drinks. There is a swimming pool on site that is good for swimming and relaxing around. Overall, if you have a car, and looking for an apartment in Tuscany/Umbria to relax and/or explore the area, it is highly recommended. We shall definitely return.

From the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway towards Rome, exit at Chiusi - Chianciano Terme. Turn right following the signs for Chiusi. After about 2 km, right before Chiusi, turn left following signs for Montallese - Acquaviva. After about 2.5 km, take a right turn onto a dirt road following signs for Borgo Dolciano. Proceed for 100 metres up to the the property, which is on your left-hand side.
