It lies on a ridge, where Oak and Chestnut woods alternate with hills covered in Olive groves, overlooking the valley and the sea.
Famous destinations as Montecarlo, Côte d’Azur, Sanremo, Alassio can be reached by a 40 minute drive. This location is ideal for both beach goers and sport enthusiasts, as neither the beach nor hiking are far away attractions. Imperia, city centre, as well as the several beaches are only 20 minutes away (12km) by car.
If you're a sport enthusiast you'll find hiking and biking trails situated amongst a myriad of olive groves. For trekking enthusiasts, this is true paradise - countless paths at various altitudes, thousands of fragrant flowers, a pure blue sky and a multicoloured exultation of nature flooded with sunshine.
Chiusanico is well known for its superior quality Olive oil "cultivar taggiasca" and its classic Pigato and Vermentino wines. The typical local olive variety is known as the "taggiasca" and ranks among the finest in Italy.

double room The "casa del carrugio" duplex apartements are from 30 to 40 sqm large. All rooms have natural sunlight and one or two large windows overlooking the historical centre's typical street known as the "carrugio".

The Entrance-living room features a fully equipped kitchen corner, a wall mounted table and sofa-bed.
The Bedroom is furnished with double bed 140 or 160 cm x 200 cm or twin beds 80 x 200 cm with latex mattress. A wall closet, a large mirror and large wooden open-shelves are also available.
The bathroom with mosaic shower floor are large and colorful.
The roof top panoramic private terrace has a sweeping view of the landscape, the historical centre and side sea view. It is furnished with a table for two, a deck chair and sun ombrella. Equipped with lighting, electric socket, water tab and is ideal for sun bathing, breakfast,an evening aperitif or just to simply enjoy a romantic moment.

The apartments can be rented for three guests using sofa-bed located at the entrance.
