CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel 2 days before your Arrival Date or the following penalty will apply: full cost of 1 night stay will be taken from your credit card. Special conditions: for stays of 3 nights or more, the hotel will charge in the credit card a 30% advance payment of the value of the stay. No refund given if the cancellation is made less than 21 days before the arrival date.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
