The specs state that rooms allow three people in each room. The third bed, however, consists of a pad over a piece of wood, a dismal excuse for a bed. Some rooms had problems: bathroom door did not close, lights did not work, etc. The staff, however, was nothing short of wonderful and amazingly accommodating. A pleasure to deal with.

It was our first time staying at the Concord Callao and we will recommend the place moving forward. The location was excellent. And the room and service were much better than expected for the price. The only detail that I would add is that it would be good if they had an iron available on-site for guests.

This was an excellent hotel/apartment. I'd stay here again. Very good value for money, lots of shops, banks & cafés nearby. Staff very helpful and informative. The rooms overlooking the pool are much quieter than those at the front facing onto Av. Callao.

Reading the website info, I thought it was a traditional hotel, but it was more of a "apartments per day service", without some important services such as : breakfast, concierge, etc. Good alternative for family groups rather than couples.

The staff was very nice and helpful. It was difficult for our family to get in touch with us because there is no operator. Everything else was excellent .We loved the location.We plan to come back, may be with friends next time.

Really helpful people in the main office. I was expecting a normal hotel, though the fact that this is more of a rental apartment set-up was fine. I will stay here again gladly. Price is fair, location is ideal, and service is prompt and friendly.
