Dans l'ensemble, le logement était correct mais ne correspondait pas à notre demande du départ. Nous souhaitions un appartement avec 2 chambres de plein pied. Le logement était propre mais un peu "vieux" et pas très pratique au niveau des escaliers intérieurs (en colimasson).

How to reach ApartmentsApart - Brussels
By train
Gare Centrale - From the central station you can either take a taxi (cost about €10,00) or take a 20-minute walk to the office. You can also get on an underground (red line to Erasme or yellow line to Roi Baudouin/Heysel) and get off at the next stop - De Brouckere. From there you can either take a bus, number 46 and get off at Bourse (the stop is located on Van Artevelde street) or get on a tram (line 4, 3) and get off at the next stop (Bourse). Your ticket is valid for 1 hour, just remember to validate it every time you switch.
If you decide to walk, make sure you have a precise city map with you.
Gare du Midi - it's where the Ryanair shuttle will drop you off - take a tram line 4 (direction: ESPLANADE), line 3 (direction: GARE DU NORD) and get off at Bourse.
By airplane
The main Brussels airport is 30 minutes away from the city centre by car, bus or taxi. We recommend taking the train that goes every 20 minutes from the airport to the Brussels Central Station (Gare Central). It takes 15 - 20 minutes to get to the centre and the cost per person is €2,90. (A taxi will cost approximately €40,00).
By public transportation
From Bourse Tram Stop: you should be able to see an entrance to Marriott Hotel, the street is called rue Auguste Orts. Go straight ahead until the first junction, turn left and you will see 3 streets, you have to head to the one in the middle - Rue van Artevelde. Continue straight on until you reach the office at house number 80.

There really isn't a need to drive a vehicle unless you need to reach the suburbs. METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
Check-in: the apartments are available after 2 p.m. The reception is open from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. and closed on weekends. If you plan to arrive out of reception opening hours, please contact the property earlier to schedule a meeting to receive your keys.
Check-out: ait is necessary to vacate the apartment not later than 10.30 a.m. Arrivals after 7 p.m. are charged an additional cost (EUR 10-50 depending on the arrival hour).
