GARDEN VIEWS APARTMENT in the Old Town of Bratislava provides comfort, space, and privacy. The apartment is one of five luxury properties owned and managed by Bratislava Apartments Group.
Our family-run company created short-stay apartment rental market in Bratislava in 2004: we believed that hotel rooms, no matter how luxurious, offer far less in the way of space, amenities and value for money than your own personal city apartment. We have selected our apartments carefully to provide comfort, exceptional safety, and all modern facilities. All apartments are fully furnished, including well equipped kitchens, and fresh bed linen and towels.
The average prices are €77 per apartment per night, more than 40% less than nearby luxury hotels. Returning business travellers from the world’s best institutions such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and France Telecom are the best testimonial to the quality of our service. Apartment accommodation is perfect for families too. Children under 6 stay free of charge. On request, we provide transport from Bratislava and Vienna airports (€10 and €40 respectively).

THE GARDEN VIEWS APARTMENT, OLD TOWN, is a popular apartment located in the same building as COURTYARD APARTMENT. The apartment has 80m2 (900 square feet) and was completely refurbished in May 2007. All rooms are light and spacious, with high ceilings and wooden floors. The apartment contains a large bedroom and a living room with a comfortable king-sized sofa bed that makes it suitable for up to 4 guests.
The apartment has a wonderful bathroom with a large bath and a walk in power shower. The fully equipped kitchen will come in handy if you decide to do some cooking during your visit of Bratislava. Further amenities include cable TV, DVD player, laptop with internet access, hair dryer, washing machine, and iron and ironing board. The apartment is centrally heated. Fresh linen and towels are provided.

How to reach Apartment Garden View
By train
From Main Train Station take tram no. 13 and get off at Vysoka stop. Cross the street and walk back for about 70 metres. Turn right at the triangle junction and walk for another 20 metres. The Courtyard Apartment is located on your right in the building no. 4. (11 minutes)
By public transportation

Self Catering Apartment Policies
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 1pm (or on request)
Check-out: the guests are asked to leave the rooms not later than 11am

The cot is included in the price.

Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 25% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 7 days before arrival: whole stay charge
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
