These comfortable apartments, ideal for independent travellers, are located in Wilmersdorf/Schoeneberg, within a short walk of 2 different U-Bahn (underground) lines and 3 S-Bahn (city rail) lines.
The Apartments in Wilmersdorf benefit from a direct transport connection to the renowned Zoologischer Gartden as well as easy access to Schönefeld Airport, Tegel Airport and Messe ICC.
These bright, spacious apartments provide an attractive alternative to hotel rooms. They are tastefully furnished in a warm, modern style and are fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need.
Bordering the vibrant area of Schoenaberg, the surrounding area offers numerous boutiques, restaurants, cafes and nightclubs in which to indulge yourself.
The all apartment are for 2 -6 Person (one double bed in bedroom). Please let us know, if you stay more then 2 Persons. We prepare for you the sofas-bed in living-room. The extra person cost 15 EUR/night.

How to reach House Berlin Apartments am Bundesplatz
By car
Exit A100 Wexstrasse
By train
From central train station, take the S-Bahn to the station "Zoologischer Garten". Then take the U9 underground, direction Rathaus Steglitz, and exit at the station "Bundesplatz".
By airplane
From Schoenefeld airport, take the S-Bahn S45 until the Hermanstrasse station. Then take the S-Bahn S41 or S46 and exit at the station "Bundesplatz".
The line S45 does not run on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays
On Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays take the S-Bahn S9 until "Schoeneweide". Then take the S-Bahn S46. Exit at the station "Bundesplatz".
From Tegel airport, take the bus TXL to the stop "Turmstr". Then take the underground U9, direction "Rathaus Steglitz". Exit at the station "Bundesplatz".

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

A fixed amount of EUR 10 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations made between 7 days or less before arrival the hotel will
charge 80% of the total amount to the credit card provided.
For no-shows the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount
to the credit card provided.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 10 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
