1St time super site staff at the hotel were very nice there was no dishes kettle etc but the gave us some on request i did struggle with the stairs to the flat i have a mobility problem (and we went to the wrong estudios we went to the benidorm estudios thinking it was them as the picture looked like it was their picture however we were please
