Great inexpensive place to stay for 3+ people in the city. The lounge was very clean and modern. Was impressed with common area in the apartment. Nice kitchen. Bedrooms were basic but comfortable. The location was close to everything we needed. There was a little shop just around the corner that sold everything we wanted to make our own lunches. Just a really decent place and I would recommend it to anyone.

personal at the front desk is not very kind and do not solve problems, but the hotel is very good and it is found in a very good place. Tge rooms are very beautiful and clean and the relationship between price/quality is excellent. The location is one of the best in Barcelona and the hotel surroundings are excellenet, you can find whatever you need. Next time I'll go to Barcelona I will go to this hotel.

within 100m of sagrada familia and metro station.next door to supercor supermarket open till 02.00 am daily.lots of eating places near sagrada including kfc/mcd but also spanish restaurants/bars.on main road so quite noisy even at night-take ear plugs!apartments spacious and well equipped for few nights stay- including dishwasher,so no washing up!a fantastic alternative to a small hotel room....from airport get a T10 card for the metro which is very easy to use...costs 7.20e valid for 10 journeys, and can be used by more than one person at a time...it just stamps the card twice for 2 of you etc....and you get the train ride into the city free!!!

An excellent location in a good area very close to public transport. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The desk clerk provided excellent service in providing maps/places to visit/location/directions and how to get there.

The 2-bedroom apartment was beautiful and immaculately clean and perfect for a couple with one child. The location was amazing - one block from Sagrada Familia and the metro stop. There were plenty of local food markets and restaurants for dining close by and good coffee shops for morning. We were very impressed to stay in the city for such a reasonable price. For a four-day stay, we appreciated having a whole apartment rather than being confined to one hotel room. Excellent experience!

This is our second visit but hopefully not our last. This visit was a little noisier (from traffic) than our last one because we were at the front of the building but it wasn't a problem. Nice safe area for two 'mature ladies', with lots of restaurants, shops, a Metro station, Tourist bus and local bus stops. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in this wonderful city.

Bellissima struttura posizionata vicino la sagrata familia, vicino la metro e a 20 metri da un supermercato aperto fino alle 2 di notte!!!La zona è molto tranquilla la sera e la notte anche a livello di criminalità. Sarà che questi appartamenti sono realmente insonorizzati cmq non si sentiva volare una mosca! La cucina ha tutti i confort: forno a microonde, forno, frigo, lavastoviglie e moka! Nessuno parla italiano, parlano inglese come fossero inglesi ed in maniera molto veloce. Il telefono in camera permette di telefonare all' estero con le carte europee, l' aria condizionata è centralizzata, la tv non è satellitare e c'è una cassaforte nell' armadio. Unica pecca: un giorno non ci hanno rifatto la stanza!!! Comunque la struttura è carina, il posto è carino, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo...ci tornerei volentieri! Barcellona è stupenda!

First impressions weren't that great. Checking in took a while and we found that you couldn't hire a car from the apartments (as is claimed on Venere)so we had to take a metro ride to the other side of Barcelona to get a car. First impressions of the apartment weren't wonderful either. The main table had a big crack in the glass top, the blind was broken (so had to remain permanently down), the safe wouldn't operate and the balcony didn't look at all safe to use with us having a 2 year old i.e. very climbable. However, once we settled in it was pretty good. The apartment is certainly spacious and was scrupulously cleaned each day. The fridge in the kitchen is pretty large and whilst the cooker has a mind of its own it was good enough to boil water as we ate out each day. The selection of crockery is pretty spartan but if you eat out too it shouldn't cause a problem. The underground garage adjoining the hotel is 15 euros per day. The location is excellent. 100m from the Sagrada Familia and less than 20m from an excellent supermarket open late into the evening. Despite this the apartments were very quiet. The restaurants and cafés near by were mixed but if you turn left from the apartment door, left at the supermarket and then diagonally left there are a series of semi pedestrianised areas with lots of shops and restaurants that were all pretty good and had a 70% local 30% tourist mix. The Lebanese restaurant 'Aladdin' was especially good. The Metro is also close and efficient.

this was our first time renting apartments vs. rooms, and not only was it a very positive stay it gave us a chance to be together(with our adult kids) yet have some space. I wil defifnitely look into renting apartments on future trips. We never used the kitchen for cooking but having a fridge and a second sink was helpful. The Marina Apartments were very very nice.

There is nothing that springs to mind, oh yes perhaps you could provide a price list for the mini bar. Otherwise everything was straightforward especially your booking requirement policies. The only other thing we missed was a Kettle but we boiled the water in saucepans to have a cup of tea or herbal tea in mornings. The rooms were fine in Barcelona Suites Marine for us as a couple anyway, the other thing perhaps an extra blanket could be left as an option for extra heat especially in winter months, we had to ask for another blanket, as cool at night time. L'appartamento era bellissimo e davvero spazioso. Il personale alla reception parla perfettamente l'inglese e discretamente anche l'italiano.Eccellente la dotazione di elettrodomestici (forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero davvero capiente)e di piatti e stoviglie, sufficienti per una famiglia di 4 persone. Le pulizie vengono effettuate quotidianamente, pulizia della cucina compresa e, basta inserire piatti e stoviglie nelle lavastoviglie,per trovarli già lavati (provvede il personale ad attivare la lavastoviglie)al ritorno dalla uscita della mattina. La location da sola vale i soldi spesi per il soggiorno (€ 82/notte):la strutura dista, infatti, non più di 200 mt dalla Sagrada Familia, che si scorge anche affacciandosi sul balcone dell'appartamento,ed a meno di 50 mt è situato un supermercato che resta aperto dalle 8 della mattina fino alle 2 di notte. Chi volesse trascorre una vacanza nell'incantevole Barcellona, senza rinunciare ai comforts di casa propria, potrà sicuramente ricolgersi a questa struttura.

We loved staying there. The front desk staff was very helpful. One comment is that the kitchen supplies (sponges, cups and drinking glasses) was very limited or non-existent.

An Excellent place all round, with the metro only about 150m away and the late night supermarket only about 30m we would gladly stay there again. Many thanks to the staff

Well sited with supermarket within 20m, metro one block away and adequate eating nearby. Particularly good boulangerie 5 mins walk away. Man on reception spoke only Catalan, no English or French. There was a problem with the safe in our room which would not open and it took a few days to get this rectified. Would stay again.

The apartment was modern, clean and decorated in a contemporary style. It was much better than I could have ever expected. It offers excellent value for money. The location at first appears to be far away from the centre of Barcelona, however the tube service is excellent and easy to navigate around. I would definately stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona.
