Besides a little problem we had with the shower (the water was too hot) the place is excellento for groups. The outside of the building isn´t very beautifull (old) but inside it is renewed and very well taken care off. I definetly recommend it.

Cinco días. El calentador no funcionaba, había una gotera en el techo del baño y nunca pudimos disponer de la conección WiFi que ofrecen. Además, nos quedamos encerrados en el ascensor. Nos gustó mucho más el apartamento MH Sants

This was the first time we stayed here. GOOD POINTS- Excellent location, metro station is actually just a one minute walk away (with small kids), AND there is a bus stop right outside the door where both the local buses and the Bus Turistic can be accessed - very convenient!!! The person in charge 'Mario' was easily available on the phone, very helpful. Cabbies had no problems finding the place. An Information Kiosk is close by in the Plaza Espana, which is very helpful for first time visitors to Barcelona. Great equipment in the apartment i.e. Washing Machine, Microwave, Dryer, Dishwasher cook top hob - all good quality efficient gadgets. DOWN SIDE - Very small rooms, especially considering the pictures posted online. Small Tv with hardly any english channels but it has an in built DVD player (thank god), and we had carried along our own DVD's for the kids so that was a disaster averted!! Cleaning lady not very efficient, so the one time cleaning she does before check-in was an average job - the sheets and linen etc were clean and fresh so that was great, but with 2 small kids(4 & 8 yrs) the apartment started feeling grimy within a few days. On arrival the facade seems very uninviting, one does'nt expect it to be an apartment bldg -there's a cycle shop on the ground floor and some signage for guidance would help. Finally, the price seems a bit on the high side, especially since we found ourselves a 2 Bedroom apartment newly renovated with all these amenities and more near the Prado in Madrid for 89euros for 4 as opposed to 120euros in Plaza Espana. All said and done, it's still a friendly, safe and well located place, and I would go back.

2 appartamenti per 2 famiglie di 4 persone.A pochi passi dalla metro Espanya,dalla fontana magica e da vari negozi alimentari che lì chiudono in tarda serata.La stanza corrispondeva alla descrizione ma con qualche imperfezione(box doccia con porta rotta,sostituita con una tenda dopo nostra segnalazione;gamba di un divano letto rotta;pagamento in contanti causa macchinetta per il pagamento con carta di credito guasta senza segnalata al nostro arrivo...mah?!).

This is an apartment to ones who are looking for a very good located place. I was there with my wife and a one-year-old baby, so I can tell the place is appropriated for even a baby. The bad point is internet; it's a WiFi connection that has a poor signal and sometimes no signal. On the other hand, the proprietary is very kind. It’s close (walk distance) to supermarket, tourism bus stop and airport bus stop. However notice it is not a hotel and don’t be afraid if you find a bike store instead of a front desk. I recommend you to take note of the contact phone number, it’s the owner phone number, he will help you if you need. All in all, I really recommend that place.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available any time between 3 p.m. and midnight. Arrivals after 9 p.m. will incur a surcharge of €20,00.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
A one-time cleaning fee of €30,00 applies to each reservation.
Wireless Internet access is included in the price.
Parking is not included in the price and costs €20,00 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
