How to reach Parque Ciutadella Apartments

By airplane
From Barcelona El Prat International Airport:
At the Airport bus stop, take bus line 46 to Pl. Espanya and after 15 stops get off at Plaça d'Espanya. Take the L3 underground towards Canyelles and get off at Passeig de Gràcia station. Once there, walk up Passeig de Gràcia and turn right into Carrer València. Keep walking for a few more metres and you will get to Pau Claris street, where the keys pick up point, Hotel Boutique Barcelona, is located.

By ferry
From Barcelona cruise terminal:
Get to the Christopher Columbus monument, which is down Las Ramblas avenue, and from there, take the L3 underground towards Canyelles and get off at Passeig de Gràcia station. Once there, walk up Passeig de Gràcia and turn right into Carrer València. Keep walking for a few more metres and you will get to Pau Claris street, where the keys pick up point, Hotel Boutique Barcelona, is located.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available at any time after 2 p.m. Check-in must be done at the reception of Boutique Hotel Barcelona, located in 145 Pau Claris street. There, Boutique Hotel Barcelona staff will book a taxi to take guests to their apartments.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
A €300 security deposit will be pre-authorized against your credit card upon arrival and immediately released after verifying the apartment's condition.
Baby cots cost €15,00.
Additional beds cost €20,00.
Electronic safe is free of charge.> Taxi from the keys pick up point to the apartments costs around €4,00.
Cleaning service is not included in the price; further details on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We deliver keys to the apt. at Boutique Hotel, located at Pau Claris, 145, ent. 1, Barcelona 08002. If a cancellation is made between 15 and 2 days prior to check-in the first night will be charged. In the case of a no-show or cancellation less than 2 days prior to check-in, the total booking amount will be charged. NOTE: There will be a €300 security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization, which will be automatically cancelled after verifying the apartment's condition.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
