The flat is located in the Raval quartier, an old area of the city composed by little old streets where visitors will find a lot of cheap bars and new restaurants, as for example in Carme street.

The apartment is very well connected with the rest of the city because it's near Paral.lel and Drassanes underground stops, and some bus lines stops.

Apart from this, it is fifteen minutes walking from Plaça Catalunya railway and metro station. So tourists can visit easily other monuments and important places of Barcelona, as Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Güell park, Montjuïch, Vila Olimpica or Forum area.

There are also artists associations around there and important museums, such as the Museum of Contemporary Arts (CCCB).

Insgesamt sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt und für einen Kurztrip von 3 Tagen dann noch 50€ Endreinigung zu nehmen nicht ganz fair. Sehr laute Umgebung durch die schmale Gasse - für eine Jugendgruppe mehr oder weniger geeignet - da man recht scnell am Geschehen ist. Grundsätzlichen würden wir dort auf keinen Fall mehr absteigen! Der Vermieter war zwar recht hilfsbereit aber insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei weitem nicht angemessen! Habe das App. aufgrund der Bewertungen ausgewählt und muss sagen kann die abgegebenen Bewertung absolut nicht nachvollziehen!

from the webpage it sounded like there were only 2 bedrooms but in fact there were 3 - a nice surprise.

The appartment was not too small but the furnishing was not enough for so much people. We were 5 persons, the app. was for 6-7, but in the kitchen it was not possible to cook or prepare really a meal. ( 2 cups ! too little plates .... an not really clean) I think for that price one can do something to get the kitchen more comfortable. The place was very good, you can do all by feet.

Large, roomy apartment, 10 min walk from La Rambla; two good supermarkets and cheap internet access very near. Frying pan very old and warped; no oven-proof dish. Excellent supply of bed linen and towels. No English language television.

By car
The El Prat airport is easili reachable from the apartment, just taking Ronda Litoral and exit at Vila Olímpica in Barcelona city, then continue until Passeig de Colon and turn in Avinguda Paral.lel. Continue along this avenue until reach Ronda de Sant Pau. The apartment is near there, in one of the streets on the right.

By train
There's a train from El Prat airport that arrives in 20 minutes to the main railway stations in Barcelona (Sants and Plaça Catalunya).
From Sants railway station, visitors can take Line 3 until they arrive to Paral.lel underground stop. The apartment is near there.

By bus
There's a bus line from El Prat airport that arrives in 30 minutes to Plaça Catalunya. There, visitors can take Line 3 until they arrive to Paral.lel underground stop. The apartment is near there.

By ship
The Barcelona harbour is near the Drassanes underground stop, visitors must take it until they arrive to Paral.lel stop. The apartment is near there.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the apartment is available from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. If guests arrive later they must pay €15,00.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 11 a.m.
Check-in will be directly in the apartment; as soon as the owners receive guests reservation they will contact the guests to fix an appointment.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Cleaning service is not included and it costs €50,00.
The owner asks for a deposit fee of €150,00 as a guarantee for the flat. This amount will be returned to the guests at the end of their stay.
In order to guarantee the reservation, the 25% of the rent will be charged to guests credit card when receiving their reservation. The rest is to be paid by cash in the apartment.
